The lady there yesterday took such good care of us making sure we had everything we needed in the right sizes.
This place is amazing! Especially when i got my pointe shoe fitting. They were very smooth and nice about how it feels and how they work. For all of that I give them 5 stars!!!

The selection is not good, the employees are not helpful, and the prices are significantly marked up compared to online and other dance stores.
There's maybe 40 adult size leotards (across all sizes and styles) in the entire store, and they only had one style of canvas ballet slippers in adult sizes. When I was trying those on, the employee balked at bringing me a half size down from the pair she originally brought out, and then said she wouldn't recommend going down any further than that, even though they were still a half size too big (which I found out later, at a better dance store).
Tights, ballet slippers, and hair accessories all cost about 10% more or worse than online or at other dance stores, and leotards and leggings are even worse. I once made the mistake of paying $50 for a pair of leggings that turned out to be available for under $20 online.
To make matters worse, you can't get a refund for anything, only exchanges or store credit. Don't ever go here, it's not worth it.

With dance wear inc. it was a total different experience. The assistance was great and if it weren't for the girl who helped me I would be dancing with the wrong shoes. This is my go to dance store for whenever I need to buy new shoes or a new Leo. Can't wait to go there again because it felt like I was walking into a dance wear heaven!
I don't like giving bad reviews, but feel it is warranted in this case. I went in to be fitted for ballet shoes. I want to make sure I have been wearing the correct size for my ballet class. The girl working there didn't seem to be all that interested in giving me a proper fitting. She didn't want to measure my feet, and may not have even known how. She just wanted to base it on the size of street shoe I told her I wear. I'm going to have to look around to see if I can find a store where they are interested in giving me a proper fitting.

I love it! I go there for all my dance wear! Everyone is really nice and try have a great selection of dance wear such as jazz shoes, tap, foot undeez, ballet shoes, and pointe shoes. They have a lot of very prestigious brands, and they're other dance wear is awesome! I would definently come here!

Listen here. I have been around... To different dance stores that is; and none compare to the quality of assistance and experience as the girls down at Dancewear Inc. Simple as that. Next time your buying something at a different dance store, the thought will cross your mind, "Am I being screwed? Would I have been better taken care of at Dancewear Inc like that review on google said I would?".. Absofreakinlutely you would have. You messed up, but i am sure that Dancewear Inc would still love your business once you realised that you screwed up.
