Sensei and Joshu are very good with training. Especially Joshu is kind with my son. I will definitely recommend. Just be informed about the minimum class requirement and yearly contract.... more
This place is the real deal. I have a business next door and the place is always buzzing with energy. My 4 y.o. daughter takes the tiger classes and absolutely loves it. The owner Scott teaches most of the adult classes and they are not just a great workout but real skills are being taught here.... more

Highly recommended. Instructors know their job and students have positive attitude. I encourage people to join to practice 2-3 times per week to get results. I gained more muscles in 2-3 weeks drinking protein shakes before the exercise.... more
First of I wish I could give more than 5 stars... For as long as I can remember I always had a gym membership and have used 10% of it.
