Great workout! Dedicated staff, and the first place that our kids actually love taking classes in, after trying many different martial art classes. Both my husband and I also take classes there and we are all feeling much healthier. It really helps in dealing with stress.
I'm very happy I decided to enroll my two children in the classes. They have learned discipline, built confidence and learned how to defend themselves. The classes have taught them to challenge themselves physically, mentally and emotionally to bring out the best in them and succeed under pressure. It's been a great experience for my kids and I enjoy watching them during class. I enjoy watching them so much that I recently decided to try it out for myself and so far it's been fun. Thank you to all the Instructors for your dedication and professionalism.
I am very happy about my son doing great with the training. He can't stop thinking about his next session as always. The only funny part is he starts to do some front 1 and round 2 with at the trash cans I bought at the Target & toilet doors from the Home Depot. ha ha..I am really looking forward to make him to his real ring fights some day but unfortunately soon I have to freeze his membership to focus on his academics as well.I ll keep his sparring pads and Title gloves at the storage for now. Tiger Schulmann's MMA has been a awesome journey.Thank you for being a lifetime teacher " Sensei ".

Our son loves it. He is happy to get ready to attend his classes. We can tell he feels proud and strong as a result.
I highly recommend coming to Tiger Schulmann's in Rego Park. My kids just finished their 4th class and they're still thanking me for putting them here. Everything Sensei Mike teaches the kids are the things they can positively apply in the real world. From manners to self defense. They're pretty much all around. My son lacks focus and concentration but they're teaching him about the importance of listening and using your eyes to learn. My daughter is super shy but they're a great confidence booster! It's a great place not only to learn how to defend yourself but to have fun as well. The staff brings out a lot of positivity and it's a great environment to be in.

My daughter love her classes and going to learn karate. I think they do a great job teaching kids self discipline, courage, civic morals, motivation, respect and of course karate. The school is always full of kids and their parents. The facility it's great I just they had parking.

I'm a mixed martial artist and this place is good so far. In fact, I had recently went to a kickboxing sessions with exceptional techniques on punching and kicking.

I can not say enough good things about this place! Sensei Mike and everyone else that works here are awesome! It's a great workout, better than any treadmill or other typical gym class. It's not just about being a great workout though, you are learning proper technique and building confidence while getting a full body cardio workout.
Sensei Mike and the other instructors truly care about their students, both the kids and adults. If you have an injury or other health issue, they help you work around it, find modifications so that you can still benefit from the class. If you are having difficulty with a technique or exercise, they will work with you, make corrections so that you can get it right.
I've seen some negative reviews here, some of which complain about the cost. I will say this, you get what you pay for. Sure you can find a cheap gym to go to, but you will not find the same quality in a cheap gym, you will not get the personalized attention that you deserve. The quality of the classes and instructors at Tiger Schulmann's Rego Park is worth it.

I cant understand any of the negative reviews for Tiger Schulmann's Rego Park. I have been working with sensei Mike for the past year and aside from thoroughly enjoying some great workouts, I have learned the proper way to defend myself. His knowledge and teaching ability is amazing. He demands discipline and proper form but keeps the workouts enjoyable and effective. I highly recommend this studio and am starting my 3 year old daughter in class this summer.
