First of I wish I could give more than 5 stars... For as long as I can remember I always had a gym membership and have used 10% of it. Talking to Juan at Tiger schulmanns I was hesitant to commit to a contract for 1 year but I figured if I am going to pay 200 a month for something, that alone will motivate me to show up.... more

Highly recommended. Instructors know their job and students have positive attitude. I encourage people to join to practice 2-3 times per week to get results. I gained more muscles in 2-3 weeks drinking protein shakes before the exercise.... more
