A very challenging workout with excellent instruction. I felt great afterwards..The "workout" is an hour and nothing lasts more than a minute- I kept telling myself that as I grimaced through shaking muscles and screaming brain! Music was loud, fun and upbeat.... more

I have been attending classes at TDM Wheaton for years now. Lindsay is great, always looking for new ways to challange her clients. It feels like family. The COVID19 lock down was not a problem becuase this was one of the first work out studios to run classes via zoom.... more
