Good workout spinning and friendly instructors... with a good mix of teaching styles (more of the coaching, 'do it, finish it!' than the 'you paid for the class so I'll go throughout and get my workout, you do it or not, push yourself. ') I prefer coach style and really enjoyed working out here 3-4 times per week. However, it costs well above average. Is it worth it? If it had 2 more showers I'd say, 'maybe, for some'; $13/class with their services would be a great deal.' Though, I still would not pay the $135 for ten classes a month or $20 a class regular price, $80-90 unlimited for a month would be a steal and I'd probably have stayed there even with a longer commute going there. Try it out for sure! You'll likely be very pleased that you did!

Once you want to cancel the membership, they turn their back on you right away.
In January, I got a short notice that my mother was really sick, I booked the flight immediately to visit her and planned to come back after 3 months.
TDM Towson insisted to charge me one more month according to the policy.
I know policy is policy. I showed them my flight itinerary and ask if they could freeze my membership so I can use it after I come back since this is family emergency.
They just say NO.
Earn one monthly fee while a customer not being able to use it but lose a customer forever and many potential customers.
Not a smart move.

The instructors at TDM are incomparable to nearby fitness studios and gyms. All of the barre and cycle instructors go through an extensive training to ensure they have the proper knowledge to appropriately modify exercises for any skill level or health concerns. Additionally, the studio is crisp and clean with wonderful amenities, such as a full shower, beauty bar, and lockable storage space. Highly recommend!!
