I've been with Sid Yoga for a year now and couldn't be happier! Recently a water main burst on York Rd causing me to lose water from my condo for a few days. I have a membership with them but they were nice enough to let me come use the showers even though I wasn't taking a class that evening and I just thought that was worth sharing.... more
Try as I might over the years, I just haven't managed to turn myself into an athlete. But I still need to find a way of keeping fit as I "approach" a certain age. I figured why not cheat with the sweating with hot yoga? My daughters and I went to the Towson location several times over the summer and we loved it!
