I love this gym! The classes are a lot of fun and you definitely get a workout..Great workouts at a very affordable price!.LOVE this studio and their workouts. No intimidation, but the instructors push you hard! Highly suggest to any spinners, crossfitters, or yogis in the area looking for a challenging workout!.... more

I've been to other Barre classes and this was pretty lack luster. I felt like I was in an 80s pilates class to be frank. Facility is good - although kinda tucked away - almost couldn't find it! They have lockers which is nice, but not a great changing area.... more

I have been going here with my friend every Monday night for their burn class for about a year and a half now and it is one of my favorite workouts of the week. The workouts are difficult and they vary them week by week so you never get bored.... more
