I have been going here with my friend every Monday night for their burn class for about a year and a half now and it is one of my favorite workouts of the week. The workouts are difficult and they vary them week by week so you never get bored. The instructors are all excellent and very motivating. I give it my highest recommendation.

This barre studio is truly a nourishing environment. I frequented The Barre Code regularly, until I moved from the area, and can tell you that I always felt challenged and never felt judged. The instructors were attentive and I learned from them. I miss being able to focus my me-time with these folks. I recommend it, highly. Visit ten times in a three week span and you WILL notice a difference in your body, and soul.

This is a great place to work out! The staff and instructors are all very friendly and welcoming to new people. I have been going regularly for about a month and the staff/instructors already know my name! The studios are all very clean with padded floors and mirrors. The lights are dimmed during class which I like because it feels a little more private. The bathrooms are always immaculate and well stocked with toiletries, but do not have showers. You do need to wear sticky socks but they sell them at the studio if you forget. You need a yoga mat for hot classes, but you can rent one for $2 or $3 if you forget. Every class is different and they have a huge variety of props (resistance bands, ankle weights, hand weights, kettle bells, Pilates balls, stability disk, stretching band, medicine ball) which helps keep each class fresh too. I originally tried out the studio on ClassPass but then converted to a membership just to Barre Code.

Seriously this place is the best! I have been going to the Barre Code for over 4 years, and I still love going! There are a variety of classes, and the 50 minutes of class flies by! Also, for the pregnant mommas out there, I worked out here my whole pregnancy. They helped me figure out modifications when needed, and helped me feel great throughout my pregnancy. Then after my pregnancy, these classes helped me get to feeling back to my normal self!

Try the Barre Code out!!

I love this gym! Conveniently located on the Northside, variety of class times and options for everyone, and so many different levels of experience in 1 room. I joined back in February of 2016 and couldn't imagine being a part of a different gym. The facility, the instructors and the strong women who show up each day make it a fantastic place to work out any day of the week.

I absolutely love The Barre Code. From the amazing classes and instructors, to the positive reinforcement and overall vibes, this is the best place I have ever worked out. The determination that the instructors help to bring out each class is what keeps us all going throughout the 50 minutes and always leaves a positive spin for my week. The workouts are targeted for women's bodies and I can see the difference after just a few classes! I only wish I could attend more as I don't work or live nearby, but I love this place so much that I am determined to stick with it! Thanks for running a wonderful fitness center!

I have been going to Barre Code for over 2 years and absolutely LOVE it! There is a wide variety of strength and cardio classes to choose from and no class is ever the same so you are always getting something new. I also went to classes during my first pregnancy all the way until my due date to stay fit and active! I would recommend to anyone at any fitness level to go to a class!

I absolutely LOVE Barre Code!!! This studio continually challenges me every single workout. I honestly cannot say that I have left a class saying that was easy. Not only are the workout amazing and have so much variety, but the instructors are awesome. These ladies are so super friendly and you can tell they live what they do. I look forward to many many years at the Barre Code as a loyal client. Oh....and to top it off, the studio is impeccably clean and just beautiful!!!

I have been working out at The Barre Code now for over a year and here are my thoughts. The facility is clean, well organized, modern - overall aesthetically pleasing. There are multiple easy access lockers and bathrooms are stocked with essentials you might need afterwards. The classrooms are cushioned with sport flooring material, one wall is mirrored and a ballet barre around the perimeter. The class sizes are limited (no crowding) and ceiling fans circulate air.

There are a variety of classes focusing on strength, cardio and flexibility. You are encouraged to go at your own pace. The instructors talk you through every exercise which I found very helpful especially when I first started. Over the past year I found the instructors to be very helpful, encouraging and overall professional and really good at what they do. The studio offers occasional "challenges" (with fun prizes!) which are designed to give you that additional motivation and push that we all need sometimes.

I've tried several workout programs and this is the first program I have been consistent with and continue to look forward to! The results are that I feel better, look better and have more energy. I am stronger and more fit, inside and out.

I have lived in cities with great fitness scenes (San Francisco and Nashville). I also like to check out local fitness studios when I travel . I would say I am fitness fanatic. When I first moved to the indianpolis area, finding a great fitness studio was a priority for me because I saw it as a way to adapt to the community here. I looked at different gyms and was initially quite disappointed by various factors - cleanliness of the space, qualify of the space, intensity of of the work out. And I looked quite intensively in the area including indianapolis, carmel, and Fishers.

Finally, I found The Barre Code after some persistent yelping and googling; it is amazing! It is my first experience with this franchise. The studio is spacious, clean, and there are individual lockers for your personal belongings. I have been impressed by the different styles of classes that are offered (traditional barre, Baryasa (hot vinyasa yoga), HIIT, etc). Each class is different and utilizes different props ranging from bar weights and hand weights to discs and bands. All the instructors have been great - they keep a high energy and motivating and are friendly. I also love the well spaced classes, there are really early morning classes for early risers and evening classes for those who like to get their workout in after work.

There are a couple things that I think can be better. There's no shower which makes it a little tricky if you plan to go straight to work after class. There are ways to work around that but there are no console tables in the bathrooms which makes just changes into a different set of clothes also challenging.

I love the Barre Code! There are multiple class formats with ever-changing routines. The instructors are so friendly and motivating...and best of all positive results for both body & mind.
