Live fitness has helped me get into shape for my military basic training. I was only able to train here for a month, when i first started here i could only do 34 pushups in a minute, 44 situps in a minute, 2 pullups, and my mile and a half was only 10:34.... more

I worked out here regularly from age 14-18. Personally, looking back, I think the owner takes a bit too much of an interest in the young girls who workout here. That is simply my own opinion.... more

Friendly staff when you are sick or injured they take care of you. Emergency room is level 1 trauma center. The highest level a hospital can obtain in United States. Surgeons are better than 99 percent of others found.... more
