It has a great atmosphere and staff...plenty of room to work out even during peak hours. 24hrs. Equipment is new and staff works hard to keep equipment in oder and clean. Definitely recommend.... more

I worked out here regularly from age 14-18. Personally, looking back, I think the owner takes a bit too much of an interest in the young girls who workout here. That is simply my own opinion.... more
