Great gym, friendly and welcoming staff, and coach Ashton was super enthusiastic! Every OT Studio I've visited has had great staff and facilities. Being able to attend sessions at any OT Studio when traveling is a big advantage to membership.

Excellent place to work out! No motivation needed. They will motivate you! I would never have pushed myself in a workout on my own like I do in this environment. Great place and great people!

I love pushing myself according to heart rate zones. The colors make the science of my optimum heart rate zone much more easy to understand. I love that the workouts are never repeated. There is no chance for boredom.

This workout just simply works for me. The friendly competition, the great music, the technology with the heart rate monitor and then the great coaches that walk you through each workout. Never done the same workout twice. Has helped me get in better shape and stay there. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Orangetheory Fitness has changed my life. That may sound crazy and a bit extreme, but it changed me from a person that hated to workout into a person that misses the workouts on the days I cannot go. The coaches are outstanding. They encourage you when you need encouragement and challenge you when they know you can push harder. I am so thankful that Orangetheory came to Tyler, Texas. I cannot wait to see how it helps me accomplish all of my fitness goals.

As I read the other reviews, I am a little baffled when they say the first workout was free, because the Tyler branch, in no way, honored that for me on Sunday, July 22, as my twin sister and I were going for an 8:30 am workout with an instructor named Lexie. We arrived, mind you 3 minutes late, and they refused to let me have my free workout because I wasn't a "Tyler resident". ( I am a Tyler native currently in town visiting my parents).
The front staff was very rude to us and Lexie was rude as well. It's a small business, they could have let us in for the workout because I don't really need an overview of how a treadmill, rowing machine and weights work. I work out at home regularly. I was very disappointed that they quoted the corporate office as being the ones to blame for me not receiving my free workout. Because I didn't live here I didn't get the comp class, which is not stated on any of the OTF websites. I asked that I be reimbursed the $28.00 they charged me on Friday evening when I booked the class online. I'll be calling if I don't receive it in a few days. What a complete joke this branch was and it made me really ashamed that people THAT rude and lacking compunction and compassion are nestled in my hometown. I fully expect for a manager to reach out to me and to promise that this kind of behavior is out of norm and will not be tolerated again.

The workout is phenomenal. The studio is pristine. The staff is welcoming and encouraging. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Results, Variety, New facility & Equipment, Knowledgable Coaches, Clean facility, Friendly Staff, With 20+ years in the Health & Fitness Industry, this is as good as it gets. Their technology is great as you know exactly how hard you are training and what you accomplished for each workout over the course of time. Come on in and try this, you will be impressed!

love the workout-don't appreciate the management or business practices. If you provide an excellent service for people and they need to leave, for whatever reason, to bill them for two more months past this notification seems unfair. Especially when there are unusual financial limitations that occurred that caused the need for program termination and you have been notified that continued billing will cause "extreme financial hardship". Life happens. To not be compassionate and kind towards this is really not good business.

Love OTF. The workouts are amazing and the staff and trainers are all super friendly and helpful. They have helped me on my fitness journey. You have to give it a try! First workout is free!
