Awesome gym!! They have a wide variety of machines, dope music and a show room! Friendly workers and great environment to workout. Will definitely sign up.. By far my favorite gym. Excellent studio to practice yoga, great teachers, serene ambience. I did my teacher training course from dhyana yoga and improved a lot on my flexibility and strength. I don't go there as often to practice as I live far but definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great yoga experience.... more
I was visiting from out of town & wanted to get some mat time in. I persuaded my bud to give his coach a notice if it was okay if I came in on sparring day - which he approved. I was amazed by the welcome I was given, not only by the Muay Thai coach but the fighters as well.... more

Really nice gym. I strongly recommend this gym to anyone.. Amazing place! Definitely recommend every person in the area to come and get a membership. The basketball court, weight rooms, and track are all very nice and efficient! Membership prices are very cheap as well!... more

Nice gym, ping pong ,indoor walking track. really ,also play Pickleball here but the folks are a little too serious.. Regular here. Well kept facility with full basket ball courts, walk/run track upstairs, recreation room, squash/raquetball courts, swimming pool, and well appointed work our room .... more
Overpriced, under equipped, environment is weak, you are essentially paying $30 a month for dumbbells and a treadmill in a space half the size of your garage. This is a Nice and Tidy Gym, with good selection of equipment.... more
Mrs. Ackerman has an amazing heart and cares for each student as if they were her own. Mr. Black makes martial arts fun and exciting. My kids developed not just skills in Bjj and karate but also are more respectful, and have more self esteem.... more

We bought classes on groupon to later find out they closed permanently yet never took down groupon ad.. My daughters have learned so much, They love their tumbling classes and their coaches, we could not find a better place, even though we live far away no matter the time or distance.... more
