Was greeted when I walked in the gym by the manager by the name of Amber. She was very informative about the gym rate as well as personal training. I found this gym while in town for a interview and potential relocation from where I currently reside. If offered the position I'm sure to come back and sign up for a membership here. Like the smaller atmosphere that the gym gives unlike the bigger gyms that are packed with people slowing your workout down.

I've only been going to the Anytime Fitness on Arapaho for a couple weeks now but it's been a great experience so far. The staff are super, very helpful and knowledgeable. While it's not huge, they've packed a lot of different workout equipment in the space. The equipment is all clean and works great. I work a night shift so finding a gym that was available at all hours was very important and Anytime fits the bill perfectly.

Highly recommend. I've been a member for 6 months. Clean, quality and a vast variety of equipment. Trainer is always on site and Amber is an extremely, approachable, knowledgeable manager.

Great gym for the working professional. The equipment is all new and in great shape. I went to another location that had a massage chair, that would be amazing at this location.

I had a horrible experience here and would not recommend this gym. We used to live very close to this gym and were excited when it opened. We went in for a trial and the staff was extremely communicative and helpful and the facilities were clean and new and the staff promised that the "Class Room" in the back would be furnished in a couple weeks. As soon as we signed up the tables turned. When we left the building the manager told us we would receive agreement in our email within 24 hrs. and if we had any second thoughts we could cancel within a week and get out of our contract. After the first 24hrs. and still no agreement emailed to us, I proceeded to call the manager and ask for the agreement and never heard back from her i called at least 10 times never to receive a call back and never received the agreement. I then decided at that point to cancel. I called the number on their website and they told me i had to go to the gym I called the gym again multiple times and finally got a TEXT back not a call but a TEXT telling me they don't handle this that I would have to call the payment center. On top of all this it took them an addition 3 months to finally get any equipment in the class room area. I then moved 23 miles away for my job and the anytime in McKinney is disgusting and I wont ever work out there. This is by far the worst managed place i have ever been to. I tried calling the owner, he told me he would give me a call back because he was at work. about 2 hours later he had the manager call me back and told me she would send me the agreement this would have been a nice gesture if it hadn't been a year since i joined. I am extremely disappointed with the management, ownership and this entire franchise.

All the amenities of your own private gym. Walk in and feel the iron. You will love it. If you have questions ask Amber. Call or email, she will respond rather quickly.

From my experience Anytime Fitness is a good safe place to work out. It has plenty of cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. It is opened 7 x 24. The staff is courteous, kind and professional. The trainers are available for support, setting up a new training program. Additionally, the equipment includes 45 pound barbells for squats, sumo squats and such. The facilities is large enough to include various types of cardio equipment such as elliptical machines and rowing machine, battle ropes, TRX, free weights, dumbbells. It is a clean environment. Amber Williamson is an Awesome manager.

Love this gym! I'm happy to be a member here. The equipment is modern and always in working order. They have everything you need to get a solid workout done in a calm, welcoming environment. The manager Amber is always friendly and encouraging.

The place may be clean, but if you get a membership, you had better NEVER try to cancel. We've been given the run around for months, finally thought we managed to do what they asked, turned in our key fobs, but they have CONTINUED to charge us. The company on the phone can't do anything, the physical location blames the main company. They are unorganized idiots who just want to keep our money and at this point are giving us NOTHING in return for it. I hope you like their facilities, because you will be stuck paying for them for the rest of your lives. These people are unhelpful jerks. We may be seeking legal action if we cannot get this straightened out in the next week. We turned in the key fobs back in November. It's March.

I LOVE THIS GYM! Affordable, convenient, friendly, encouraging...I can't say enough good things. This location is close to my house which was the main reason I originally went in but it's so much more. Amber, the Manager, always has a smile on her face & is very encouraging to all the members. I love that it's open 24 hours a day & that I can come in when it's convenient for me. All the equipment is new & always functioning. And there are enough treadmills that you never have to wait for one to open up. Also, the key fob door is a step in security that makes me feel more comfortable when I'm there. If you're looking for a modern, comfortable, encouraging place to get healthy, I highly recommend Anytime Fitness...you won't regret it!

I've been to many Anytime Fitness locations around the area and I can say this location is by far my favorite. Great equipment and plenty of space to move around and work out. Plus everything is kept so clean. Would recommend this location to anyone!

I Love the fact that I can go anytime. The variety of equipment that they have work's out every part of my body. I Love doing Zumba without all the people. Amber, and Any are Awesome and the rest of the staff they are all friendly and are willing to answer your questions or assist you in any way. I absolutely made the right decision joining this club...

Amber and the personal trainers at the 819 W Arapaho location are awesome. Based on my schedule, I workout in the early morning hours prior to office hours. When I ever needed any help or guidance on using the facility, help has just been an email away. Much better experience than I ever received from a previous gym I belonged to. Glad I joined Anytime Fitness. Best decision made regarding my workout needs.

From the moment I walked in to this gym I knew I was going to like it here. The club manager Amber is very friendly and professional, and always says hello and seems genuinely interested in hearing my response! The club is also always very clean, and I love the bright lights and fun music. The equipment is great too, and laid out in a great way. I've also been working with the trainer Evaristo for a few months, and he's awesome! I am so happy with my results, and he's always very encouraging and accommodating. Coming here is he best part of my day!

Exceptional gym and location! All of the equipment here is new and in great condition and access has never been a problem. Amber is very friendly and knowledgeable ... Overall, this has been a great place to workout.

I sent a request to visit the club and got an immediate response. I was very busy and was unavailable and a week later heard back. I appreciated there was no high pressure process, just an opportunity to inquire. Amber was very accommodating in scheduling a time to meet with me, she was also very friendly and gave me a good feeling about what the club offers. The club is just what I need since I go very early, I can let myself in and have a clean club to work out in anytime I need. Probably best to allow time to shower at home as on site facility is limited in showering convenience but is available. Other than that no drawbacks, even have video classes you can do as if you are in a full class, for someone who has work to do on getting up to speed, this is great so I don't feel intimidated by joining a class of experienced participants. Very happy with decision to join.
