This Box has been amazing through the shut down. Each coach took turns videoing a workout at different times of each and every day. They posted a new work out every day that allowed us to know what muscle groups we could be working on to keep us in shape.... more

I love using the infrared sauna here. It's great for pain management and a great experience to just ease body pain and stress. You can hook your phone up to the bluetooth and listen while you sweat.... more
