Great staff over all and clean gym. All equipment are kept in perfect shape.
It's not 24 fitness. It's 20 fitness lol
By far the best gym I've ever gone to. Always plenty equipment to work out, even when it gets packed.
Staff is not helpful at all. For issues regarding membership and payment, they are unwilling to help you and anything they tell you in person/write down does not get done, so even if you get confirmation from a staff member that you will stop being billed, you will still be billed and they are unwilling to help you again.
History of bad membership service. I would not risk buying a membership here.
Other gyms in the area are much more helpful and customer service and billing information is better.
Awesome location! Equipment is always clean and in order, clientele and staff are friendly, and atmosphere is always upbeat and welcoming!

I almost entirely go here because of location but this is a quality establishment. The staff lets you work out without interruptions and the other patrons that go here on a regular basis are basically all professional locals who are often friendly.
The main pros: they have a lot of cardio machines that are up-to-date; you don't have to really fear for your valuables in the locker room; they have all the weights/machines you need to get an amazingly built body; always open 24 hours except for a very few American holidays, which should be obvious but are also posted explicitly on the front door ahead of time; desk staff is off-hands and lets this place run like a professional gym; even if crowded, everybody is friendly; you can take advantage of legit spin classes etc.
The cons are: for men, the locker room simply has a shower add-on and I don't believe there will ever be a sauna or pool added due to space; the floor space for weights can get very crowded, especially in the after-work rush; the lower values of weights (like 5, 10, 15, 20 lbs) are often difficult to get a hold of even in less busy hours; few benches; music seems to never be current or even from the last few years; if you're very serious about your work-outs, you might feel forced to come here in either the early morning or later at night to avoid crowds; although they get fixed pretty quickly, I usually see 2-3 treadmills that are out of order at a time; I think the front-office staff has incredibly high rates of turn-over, I'll see new face after new face when I sign in, which can be annoying since every couple of days I'll get a fresh hire at the sign-in desk that won't even recognize me as a member and will treat me with suspicion when I sign in, at least in my experience.
Overall though, this is a solid gym and if you live close to it and want to get fit, you really have no excuse not to make use of it. I would suggest just going for a year-long membership without any bells and whistles and go about your exercise routine. If you want a "nicer" 24 Hour Fitness gym with all the extras, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. That being said, personally, I don't think amenities like a sauna, etc., really have much to do with working out. As far as being an actual gym, this place does have what it takes to get you to where you wanna go. Although there are other local gyms you can go to around this area that give a more community feel, still, this place is professional and you can't beat it for its hours of operations.

The equipment is pretty good. But, crowded sometimes and paper towels are out.
Staff seems helpful. I go mainly because of location. Cardio equipment is pretty new as of spring of 2017. There's other weight equipment that's in need of updating like the cable systems. If basics and inside of building had a little updating it'd make a world of difference.
Excellent gym for me. Its convenient, friendly and they do a good job of keeping the equipment maintained. However, sometimes equipment is out of service for weeks but they seem to do their best to get the equipment working again.
I had a one year membership here and I really have no complaints at all. Employees and other members were very friendly all the time. Adequate locker storage for everyone, showers in the men's locker room. I actually didn't have a lock for my locker but didn't worry about anyone stealing anything. Plenty of machines and weights for everyone. For the most part members understand the concept of rotation so that everyone gets a turn when they need.
This location is rather small for the amount of people that use it, but it is, by far, one of the best locations I've experienced. It might just be an Active, but it usually always has it's equipment in working condition (which is more than I can say for some of the Sport and SuperSport locations). I'm considering dropping down to an active membership just because I don't want to go to any other locations now!

Good gym open 24 hours, a great convenience for those night owls.
