Shane worked with me for over a year and provided a truly wonderful training experience during that time. He was supportive and encouraging throughout and helped me immensely to increase my strength and try exercises I had never done before. Shane also became a great friend over our training sessions which really made the process of lifting weights enjoyable and fun. He's one of the things I will sincerely miss most about moving away from Houston!!

And ...if you're running a little late, he's there waiting patiently, ready to get going, clipboard and plan in hand.
