Long time member and these last months have been the worst. The lady with the short hair cut seems to be the only kind and professional one in customer service, the rest have been rude.

I rerack weights that are laying around because it's annoying to work out and not find what you need. A positive is some equipment was finally upgraded at this gym!!!!

For the cost, it's an okay gym to do what you have to and leave. Nothing special that sets it apart.... at least not this location.

Best gym ever. Staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make sure everything in the gym is neat and tidy. Destiny if the best, I might add.

Nobody reracks their weights. Good luck finding any plates/dumbbells below 25 lbs. A lot of machines but wish their free weights were kept in check. It's cheap tho.

Very busy. Nice environment. I wish there would run there ceiling fan more often because it gets kind stuffy and humid in the gym. Basketball ball gym is a bit warm too.

This place offers great quality machines and a wide variety of them. It is a great place to come and exercise due to its family friendly environment.

I appreciated the location of this gym due to my route to work by IAH. This location has been key to my 100+lb. weight loss because it allows me to work out early before work. However, my vehicles have been broke into twice in less than 2 years. The first time was on me, as I left my work bag in plain sight. The last time was just last week. This time was different as I hid my work bag under the cargo floor in my suv. Thieves are casing this location and know where to find your valuables. Safe to say, I will not be returning to this location any longer.

Need better ventilation. BO is very strong in the back by the treadmill. I notified Management and they said they were doing something about but never did.

It's a nice gym. People suck by not cleaning up behind themselves. Staff should not have to trash paper towels or rack used weights. You can't beat this price for a gym.

The staff is always really nice and helpful, lots of machines so I don't usually have issues getting the machine I want. I recently signed up with a personal trainer who is fantastic! I love this Fitness Connection!

They charge a "return fee" , $10 , then a "late fee" another $10 , then finally your $10 a month .. whenever transactions for payment don't go trough they don't take the blame that their company wasn't able to pull money out , they blame you and charge you for it even touh you had more then enough funds to pay the monthly membership. The new staff need to learn to be respectful to people who have been coming to this gym for YEARS! This new staff has nothing but a couple of months working in this location , have respect for people that actually work out.

Good value for your money. If you go there early or when is not 'peak hours,' then your workout will go much more smoother. Otherwise, it's crowded and the equipment busy as it gets.

I wouldn't even give it a star. This is one of the most robbed locations. A family member's truck was robbed and they did nothing to help. He parked 3 parking spots away from the entrance door around 4 pm. There's still light outside and no one supposedly saw anything. When we asked the people working that day their respond was that their cameras "aren't working". Don't sign up. They're not willing to help out.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company.I would rate FITNESS CONNECTION GREENSPOINT 0 STARS if this were an option. You guys should be shut down. I'm truly disgusted!!!

Okay my eighteen year old son went in to get the $10 membership special signed up with Evan. I went in on 3/15/18 the last day and asked for the same person (excellent customer service). As I was signing up myself and 2 of my other sons I asked him can I use my debit card instead of my bank account number he said the rules have changed and only the bank number can be used. Which I found out was a lie because the paperwork once we finalized everything clearly states either debit/credit card OR bank account will be charged plus I got confirmation from another member after I called the next day. I told him up front I was a manager (I know how it works if the policy had changed the paperwork would have also). Not once did he mention to me that I would be charged a yearly fee ( for all three) next month on 4/15/18 like I automatically knew (which is on the paperwork that he hold & folds before giving it to you at the end once you pay). I had to ask him these questions plus I found out from my eighteen year old he never explained none of this to him either. I told him certain things should be TOLD at the beginning before sign up and definitely a customer shouldn't have to ASK YOU. Very bad business fitness connection will be calling corporate on this one...

Very cheap but it gets too packed during weekdays it's hard to find machines that are open. Weekends aren't as crowded as weekdays but it's only 2 days out of the 7 days that I can actually enjoy my workout. Customer service is bad.

Stay away! My husband and I enrolled at this location and were offered personal training sessions, we agreed. On September I went in personally to request a cancellation since we are relocating. The supposed manager on duty took care of me and said that since I didn't have an address yet he could freeze the account and I would only be charged a $10 fee until I could provide proof of address. Then he had submitted the freeze, I asked if they would provide a copy of some sort of confirmation, he said it was all done online so there was no confirmation. Then on November I get charged the full amount, I called and spoke to someone that took my info and never called me back. I already provided proof of address and I've been calling them for weeks, spoken to multiple people, even called corporate and as you can imagine, same story. Someone took my info and never got back to me. I had to call the bank and out a stop on the debits. Now I received a call from some company I've never heard of that manages their personal training services trying to collect and telling me that they never got any requests to cancel and they should have given me a confirmation. And that since I'm relocating I still have to pay half of what the remaining classes are worth. Are you kidding me? First of all, nobody ever told me this was through another company. And why in the heck should I pay for something I can't use because they don't have any gyms on the city I'm moving to.

Has a great amount of equipment but it lacks lower weights (5lb-15lb) found out later that that they keep it in the front so nobody steals the weights.

The gym has a great amount of equipment and the wait isn't too long for squat racks or to do deadlifts. It is incredibly annoying though that none of the weights are ever returned or reracked by any members and the staff do not ever go around round cleaning the weights up nor do I ever see this rule enforced. It really is shameful as the place has good potential except the people are just lazy.

After a week I've come back and no change. The photo attached shows 7 machines with weights on them with only one being used. The weight storage rack is empty. Such disrespect.

I love this gym. Even with all the new one that opened up this remains the biggest. The only thing that would make it complete to me is if they brought back the pool and hot tub . Those were important to me

It's a huge gym with lots of everything. I can always find a machine but the free weights are always difficult to grab. It seems the dumbbells have been stolen or misplaced. In the evening, finding a pair is challenging. Please pretty please add more bench & incline press free weights. I've never been able to use one, for that I play basketball more.
I do love playing basketball here. Great competition is always playing. You do have to be aggressive to get a chance to play. It's really not for beginners in the evening. One court is often open shoot for beginners, but guys will send you away if not chosen to play. Please turn on the A/C in the court, it's hot.
I try not to go in the bathrooms, kind of not clean in the evening. Considering the number of members, the changing area is tiny. But it seems not many dare spend much time in there, so not too crowded.
Kingwood or Porter could use a Fitness Connection. The old HEB on Kingwood drive could become a new location, with a basketball court, please.
