Great place to workout and meet new people
My wife and I have been coming here since getting a Groupon a short while back. If you want to try out pilates or bounce, this is a great place to so it. If you want to lose weight, take the bounce or hybrid 'bouncelates' class. Everyone is super friendly here and you definitely feel sore the next day. Also, there's a consistent core of people that come that make up the hardcore community. I definitely recommend for anyone that sits in a chair all day at work like I do. :)
Pro tip: Keep their phone number on speed dial if you go in the evenings. Sometimes building management leaves the doors locked to the lobby and you need to call to be let in.
I first saw Hardcore Bounce on channel 26 news. As a stage 4 cancer survivor, my interest peaked when Claire, the instructor, mentioned that this workout helps move your lymphatic system. As soon as I contacted them my experience has been beyond amazing. She offers a free cancer survival class on Wednesdays. The class is fun and uplifting. I felt a difference on my lymphatic system right away. Claire is not only an instructor, she is a mentor. She is really interested and cares about each of her students. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone!!!!
Wow! Hardcore seems to have really made some improvements after reading some of the older reviews. Wayne is awesome and Unique is a beast. I struggled at first, but I took the beginner class to get on board. Everyone knows my name, even the newest instructors and I am not a social person. They speak to me, before I speak to them and they help me when I ask questions. Sometimes the class is full of newbies, so I help others since I've been going for a while. I started of with a groupon, shot an e-mails to them, they added my classes and I was good to go. Sproing is awesome whether it is combined with Pilates or not. It's a spin on HIIT, but it works you out. The more you go, the more they treat you like family. Customer service is cool and they work with you when situations change. I had surgery and jumped right back in. The only issue is that they don't have someone to answer the phone during business hours. Oh and I HATE the elevator.

Had a great workout today. The instructors are super patient and friendly.

Found this place via ClassPass and wasn't sure what I was in for. Attempted the combo Sproing & Pilates - sprolates (?) and had a good time. However the teacher has to focus on everyone so you just have to go with it. No attention in pilates and thank goodness for the sweet lady next to me in Sproing. Was disappointed that the instructions said to wear socks but people needed tennis shoes for the Sproing - so wear real tennis shoes. Not as sore or as tough as a workout as I wanted but the 'exercise' was new and different. Might attempt this again - here's a pic of what Sproing, disclosure, took it from Google.
Get what you pay for! Go elsewhere!! So called instructors who are doing ANYTHING but their job, don't correct your form, get irritated if you have to get clarification (because they mumble the instructions or say it too fast) for the # of reps or what it is you're supposed to be doing. They are too busy texting, or doing whatever on their phones. Reformer pilates machines that squeak and make other annoying noises, no longer offering water machines, you now have to pay for a bottle, AWFUL front office customer service. Don't answer the phone, don't call you back, it's maddening!! The lowest cost in town for the lowest level of service if that's what you want to call it. Wayne needs to fire everyone and start over. Wayne is great, but this business is not going to last unless some SERIOUS overhaul is done.
Wayne's class is intense but awesome. You get a great work out on the reformer machine that will leave your muscles angry, but only for a little while. I could come back here, I really enjoyed this class.
Love, love, LOVE this place and the staff! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and my nerves were calmed as this was my first time doing a true Pilates class. The classes I have attended have all been wonderful with the trainers watching carefully to make sure proper form is used. All the classes have been a great workout and I really feel like the trainers care about my health and progress. I bought the package to try this place out and I am really glad I did. I will definitely be signing up for more classes and trying spinning as well. You won't be sorry you came!
I'm recommend this place for any beginner. Schedule a PRIVATE session first so that you can learn how to use the Pilates Reformer. After that, you should be good for the classes.
