I went there for a five days free pass. One of the trainers told me that I could not use it because I had used one before. The first time I went, one of the male trainers got upset at me because I didn't buy any of his services. He said " I know what you come for" when ending our conversation. I don't remember his name, but they need to understand that not everyone wants or can afford a trainer. Show more professionalism. Be nice to people. It doesn't cost you anything guys.
One of the staff at this location is super racist and discriminates on the basis of your place of origin. He has his own policy in place. He didn't allow my father to the gym although we had his 3 day gym pass stating that we need to have a Texas id which of course we don't have as he was visiting me from India for few months. I wanted my father to try the service before we buy a membership for him. He did go to a different branch on 1st day of his trial, however this branch fellow didn't allow saying it's their policy which is only for this branch.
My father has his passport as a photo id.
Purchased my 2 year membership at Costco for the reason that this location was open 24 hours and was the most convenient for me. They now open at 4 AM, and on top of that i am at the door right at 3:50 AM to find a dirty gym, weights all over the floor, some of the ones that are on the racks arent even organized by weight. On a positive note, the girls that open the gym are always in a good mood which make it welcoming for us early birds.
Love this gym! I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to try something new.
Need more light in the weights and machine Area. Great selection of cardio machines. Lockers and Dressing Rooms so small.

Very disappointed with the staff there. Website says that you can try a few days trial and just show the email you filled out to the reception. So i went there and they barely gave me two. So why to post misleading advertisement??? Don't make people lose their time and advertise only what the gym really offers. Beside the lack of professionalism asking about my personal life. Thats not your damn business guys. Just do your job. Definitely not signing up at this gym.

Very rude staff, especially the managers, that are completely unwilling to accept the free passes that are valid at any 24 hour fitness. The managers actually argued with my friends and I who have been members of 24 Hour Fitness for years. I canceled my membership because of this terrible management. Do not go here unless you want to get screwed over at any chance that the staff can get.

Richmond/610 to s probably best 24hr. Equipment is new and kept clean
Went there with my two member friends and i was the only one with free pass and yet they did not respect their own company policy this guy names chalrie if its even a valid name they gave us. Very rude person. All happened under the supervision of the supervisor standing there. Super rud staff and super disrespectful. Nice gym but too bad these people made it a terrible experience. Overal if u want to enjoy ur workout, dont go to this gym!!!!
The staff at this gym lies to you on what agreements are being made. They do not explain things thoroughly and when time comes to cancel membership, you're hit with commitments you weren't made aware of initially at sign up. GM was rude and had a short tone when speaking with him and was completely unhelpful. While this gym looks nice, I do not recommend this 24 hour gym membership with the staff here.
Over night staff is rude and I've brought people at 2am to get a workout pass and a week later another employee says I cant bring anyone at that time. They always change what they say from one day to another
This is the first 24 hour I have been to with a salt water pool. Absolutely awesome. I wish every location would follow suite. The pool and sauna are on the base floor while the equipment and cardio rooms are up stairs. Nice gym, specially for a 24 hour.
Unfortunately I will never return here again thanks to a rude and racist employee named Katie. On my first visit she was rude and racist towards me on the spot for no reason, when I was only trying to sign up.
She is the exact reason why some people are afraid to go to the gym and be judged by hateful people like her.
If that's their Sales Manager, they're losing a lot of money.
Rohan and Makayla were absolutely amazing to meet. They were amazing hires for this company. I look forward to starting my membership here.
Good gym to train at when I'm In Houston. All the equipment you need and a big open space. Again, like any commercial gym it's clean enough. Day pass is available which is good for us gym junkies that have travelling jobs.
This place is a disaster. Customer service professionalism at it's worse. The morning shift supervisor which is a old white guy with lady lips, he's a fraud. Don't trust him. Jasmine too, don't trust her. I will never go to this location again, ever!!!
It's well equipped but the energy there is not so inviting.
The worst costumer attentions ever I decide to come to the Gym on my lunch break the front staff a African American lady was so rude and had a attitude I had to leave. And fine a next Gym she have no costumer service . I been a member for the past 6 year and this was F. Ridiculous to see
I'm very thankful that it's always open. During and after hurricane Harvey, it served more people than ever. I talked to a staff member who was transferred from Meyerland location.
I'm here mostly to unwind after a long flight and shopping trips. I don't frequent here enough to dislike, except it's out of my way.
Decent gym. My main reason for choosing 24hr fitness is because they are all over the city. So no matter where you move to, there should be a 24hr near by and in Houston with all the traffic, that's as good as gold.
The gym is nice I do wish it was a little bigger, especially considering the area I would assume a bigger gym would be economical. It's impossible to get a decent workout during peak hours. I understand every gym will be packed during peak hours but this one is just too small for the demand
Was interested in doing free 3-day pass that was recommended by a 24hr fitness employee over the phone. When I arrived I was rudely denied access to the facility because I verbally said I wasn't interested in getting a membership at the moment when another female worker asked. Isn't the point of the 3-day pass to entice individuals to apply for membership after seeing how awesome the facility is? Just record their info to ensure that they're not applying for multiple passes. I promptly left this particular franchise and went to another nearby 24hr fitness where I was accepted without an issue and had an awesome workout in a great facility.
I came in for the post hurricane Harvey free trial, and Mohammed was very helpful signing me up! He gave me a 14 day pass, and was very patient with me, wasn't very pushy or demanding for to sign up for a membership. This gym is one of the nicer locations, lots of machines, free weights, and equipment.
Been going to this location for two years plus.
Gym itself is clean, but washrooms are big hygiene issue!
Good selection of machines, free weights, and classes.
The Personal Trainers are good.
Need to improve how they monitor and fix equipment. This is a high usage gym thus maintenance must keep up, running machines, rowing machines, and some pieces of equipment. Have had to point out to staff regularly broken machines.
Having said that have seen a definite improvement in 2017 over 2016.
Suggest adding gym competition workouts by age, and gender with bench marks set by PT's. Thanks. Yes I would recommend thus gym.
