Very clean PF! First time in a Planet Fitness and impressed on how clean it was also they have a variety of machines. They dont have a bench press area and their weights only go a certain weight but overall you can get a good pump at the gym. The parking outside is good spacious I went during the morning so I dont know how it is during the night time. Overall a good location

More interested in taking your money than if you actually visited. If you sign up and miss for the year, they will continue collecting.
Oh, and they will keep sending you emails to upgrade membership whether you are using the basic membership or not.
They make it inconvenient to cancel, you must cancel before a certain date to avoid paying for the next month. Oh, does not matter if you still have 20 days left in the cycle, you get cut immediately.

Do not go to this location. Employees here are so hateful. They pick and choose who they take out because apparently you can't have bags with you at your exercise station. "So how you gonna have what you need with you" but 10 others had bags but this girl chose my husband to tell him he can't have a bag with him. So just cancelled my membership. And still didn't say anything to the other people.

HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!
This is by far the worst planet fitness location I have ever been to. The staff is terrible! Very rude and lazy. The napkin dispensers are ALWAYS empty (can't clean the equipment with no napkins), the "black card perks" HA not at this location.. tanning beds are always broke (lucky if 2 out of the 6 are running) same with the hydro beds. I've been waiting several times for one or the other (sitting RIGHT in front of the SAME staff member I had just talked to) will place one of their people (and yes I am referring to race because that's what this location is ALL about) on the same bed you'd been waiting for then when you say something it's "oh I'm sorry I forgot you were waiting for that" or "Oh that's what you were waiting for, my bad, they will be done is x amount of minutes if you want to wait". Seriously? I've BEEN waiting. Ugh just an over all bad experience there. I have even tried reaching out to the manager and nothing changes. He seemed just as un-caring and unprofessional as his staff. Spend the extra and go somewhere else. You'll thank yourself later!! Planet Fitness has been nothing but a huge let down for me :(

Walked in today 4/10/18 and the manager didn't allow my friend a complimentary workout but the previous manager did allow another friend of mine in the past. Seems like they don't offer any Complimentary day passes like other gyms. Fortunately, I also have a membership to a Blast Fitness downs the road and the Manager there was very kind, professional and even offered my friend a THREE day complimentary pass. I really appreciate kind and professional managers!

This location is the first one I joined to become a part of the PF family. I was only a member for a few months before I moved to another city. But now I am back and I have started going to training classes. Jose is great he keeps us motivated and tests our strength and abilities. The equipment is usually in working order. The only thing that I wish they had was a point system, in order, to use them towards free monthly dues or water, towels Etc. The location I transferred back from used to have a great point system which made it fun to come to the gym.

Love this gym. Ive been to other locations and for sure this one takes the cake. Its one of the biggest ones plus since its bigger than the rest it doesnt get as pack as other locations do. Staff is always on look out for the guests here. Always starting conversations asking hows your day going. Really makes me feel welcomed. The establishment is always clean. Massage chairs are awesome. Water jet beds feel amazing after a good work out. Great place to workout. Great place for first time gym members!!!!!

I made the greatest mistake of not eating (24hrs) and working out, i was working out for an hour and a half, my body began cramping, i was loosing my balance, and i called for help along to my sister, i knew id faint. I felt how everything was getting Dark. I opened my eyes and i see 3 workers and 2 people who workout there aiding me, along with my sister. They were fully trained in a situation! Knowledgeable of what the reason was i was in this condition.

Always clean. Locker room smells decent. Music is great. Staff is always cleaning equipment! Supper great place

Love this place
I am a member of this gym and I just love it. You can come here and you will have the staff tell you to have a good work out, you can ask for help and they will come and show you how things work, and the staff is also willing to help you with a work out place that will work for you.
If you are not a member you should stop by and just try it.

This gym is cleaner and better than other PF gyms I've seen. The staff are friendly and work hard to keep the gym clean/stocked as possible. Little things like this makes a big difference. Sure, there are a few equipments I wished they had that would make certain workouts, ex. core, more effective but can't really complain. Overall, you can get a full body workout if done correctly and just research different excerises.

Gym is great. Staff is awesome. Just make sure you lock up any items like good perfumes up. Just get a good lock and lock up everything nice...even when showering. Ladies can get grabby. ..not sure how it's in the guys locker room.

Very clean facilities, equipment is well maintained and safe to use. There are no 'free weights', but if you're looking to just hit the treadmill and then the showers (nice hot water, nice clean walls and floor) then you can't get much better than this.
Show interest in joining, and they'll never try to 'upsell' you. They just show you their prices, and tell you to ask if you need anything explained. Their premium (Black) membership is worth it if you have a friend or partner you work out with regularly, if you want to use the 'spa' facilities, or if you work out while travelling.
Great people, great gym, and completely non-judgemental.

By far the best gym I've ever been a member of. Only $10/month or $20 for VIP membership which includes spa-like amenities including tanning beds, full body collagen lamps, hydro massage beds and massage chairs. Also VIP membership includes visits to any Planet Fitness across the nation, which is awesome for someone who travels a lot like I do.
There's super cute and up lifting little words and sayings all over the walls and equipment. "PF = No Critics," "No Gymtimidation." Stuff like that, which can make the place feel a lot less cold and more welcoming than your average LA or 24/h Fitness. They also have something they call PE@PF where you can get free consultations with trainers and training sessions, one-on-one and in group. Or you can even just get together and make a workout plan if you prefer to have more of a solo workout.
They also have a PF app that you can record your workouts on, watch how-to videos to learn how to use the equipment, book training sessions, find different locations, stuff like that.
For VIP membership you do need to sign a year long contract, and if you want to terminate that contract you have to pay $50. There's also a $100 sign up fee (can't remember if that related only to VIP membership or not) but when I signed up it was only $10 and when I asked why it was on discount the girl signing me up said something about how they're always throwing random discounts at them for that sign-up fee and when I signed up it had just went up from $1 to $10.
My lone complaint is that they don't have a pool or sauna like a lot of other big gyms have. But the price and spa amenities more than make up for it in my opinion.

You have the option to have a personal trainer on certain days or work out with a group.
Nice vibrant colors and I just wish they had more free weaights and not only these machines that have safety pulleys on them. Weekends it gets full as expected and it's fairly cheap to get a gym membership. People mind their business and let you work out in peace. Great place.
They even have TVs to watch while you work out, but bring headphones to hear them.
Ac is always on and cold.

Gym itself is pretty good, but I'm from out of town and the first time I used this gym it was great. Then the second time I came, the lady at the front desk scanned my card and it gave some kind of error -- she was totally rude to me and told me I had to call my home gym. She wouldn't do anything to try to fix it. I just left because it was ridiculous the way she treated me. 5 stars for my first visit and 1 star for my second, so an average of 3.
Updated from 3 starts to 4: I came back the next day and a different person was working -- no problem with the card! (of course). Good place to work out.

Staff acknowledges you upon arrival and are very friendly and professional. Specially a staff member judge name of Lucy. She went out of her way to answer questions and concerns I had about planning on cancelling my membership since I don't frequent this facility due to my new work schedule and thought I was just wasting my money on a membership I was hardly using. She said she felt really bad that I was planning to cancel it and immediately asked if there was anything she could do to help me reconsider and make my my visits more enjoyable. As I gave her my concerns, she helped me realized on the benefits of continuing my membership and helped me realize that exceptional Customer Service like hers and her way of showing care for their members was more than enough reason to keep my membership and continue my visits to this facility. Not mention the cleanliness of the facility and the fact that ALL the machines are working and very clean! Planet Fitness should be very proud to have an employee such as Lucy because employees like her, are hard to find!
