I'm so glad that I joined ILKB! I tried few different fitness classes such as Orange Theory, but it wasn't for me. After my first class at ILKB I was hooked! I started in the very beginning of December and from the start I was taken aback by the intense workout designed to target many muscle groups at once. Love this place! You get to work out one on one with a trainer in your own area and not in large gym with people staring at you. I had signed up for another gym paying a monthly rate and never went because I didn't want to be stared at The Trainers here are all great, each bringing their own spin on workouts and putting me in pain for each session, but helping me to move towards results.... more
Trainer was cool, front desk lady nice, I only lift weights and hate cardio with a passion. First time doing this and it was lots of fun and a great way to burn calories without noticing that your doing cardio.... more
