Love this place! You get to work out one on one with a trainer in your own area and not in large gym with people staring at you. I had signed up for another gym paying a monthly rate and never went because I didn't want to be stared at The Trainers here are all great, each bringing their own spin on workouts and putting me in pain for each session, but helping me to move towards results.... more
Trainer was cool, front desk lady nice, I only lift weights and hate cardio with a passion. First time doing this and it was lots of fun and a great way to burn calories without noticing that your doing cardio.... more

The best in this area! Ryan and the rest of the staff are great!. Amazing programing for all levels. One of the only gyms that I saw that that publishes a scale so it makes Crossfit a lot more accessible to all ages and fitness levels.... more
Shelbe is so inspiring! I love her positivity and motivation! She's a wonderful coach. Orange Theory helps me reach intensity levels that I wouldn't reach on my own .... Everybody is different, & having the monitor to show me where my own orange zone is helps a lot .... more

I love coming here...decent machines and doesn't get too busy mid day. I've been a member with Tx Family Fitness for almost 5 years. Love this new facility on Fm423 near Main St. Even though it is popular and gets busy at times, I can always find empty machines and free weights to work out.... more
Showed up 10 minutes ahead as a guest, was told need to be here 30 minutes ahead to be checked in to try them out. Who in right mindset will waste 30 minutes to fill a form, show an ID and get instructions.... more

The fact that the Texas Governor reopened their gyms on Monday May 18, 2020 and we have had zero communication is a serious issue. I'm taking my business elsewhere. No emails, no phone calls, no communication of any kind at all.... more
Was a great gym until the owner closed it without any notice. Awfully rude to be charged my monthly days before then proceed to close.. The owner is a disgraceful man, closed location without any notice and still charged money, and did't even notify employees! Loved the classes and trainers but owner is a schmuck!... more
