It was good! Kids had fun..only negative I could see was security far as kids coming in and out and valuables left in the party rooms..

This place is really popular and as a result really crowded. Our Grandson and all his cousins, niece's, nephew's, Aunts, Uncles, and parents had a great time.. our Grandson will likely remember that place for a life time. Thier are rooms you can rent in advance for your party if your having a large one which I strongly suggest if it's in your price range. This place is not cheap. $$-$$$
But it is a lot of fun probably aimed at kids 13 and under. If older I'd suggest Main Event. I would also strongly suggest having a party earlier in the day then later we had our party from 2 pm to 4 pm and we thought it was crowded then, we were really surprised how much busier it got later. The staff their is amazing. Grace under pressure, maybe this is how they train up and coming air traffic controllers or crisis management councillors. But seriously my hats off to our hostess and the rest of the staff I'm not sure how they do it. Only serious ditraction from a perfect score is the parking situation which is unfortunately woefully inadequate. If it was better planned with the building I'd have given it 5 stars.

Wow. So much fun. I've been to another Urban Air, but the Frisco location is better. The zip line is awesome. My kids were too little for it, but they'll definitely be going back to try it once they are tall enough. We went for a birthday party today, and my kids loved it.

My kids love Urban Air, and I love them getting tired! After a long hour of jumping I can say this is the best place to wear them out. The trampolines are always in excellent condition, and the place is always so clean. The bathrooms always smell great, which is something you don't see every day.

The managers are always so nice. The manager today, Chelsea, has worked the past few toddler times and is always so smiley in the morning. The staff here are always so kind and helpful. We had a small, walk-in birthday party here a couple months ago and the staff were more than happy to help me with a cake knife! The manager that day, unsure what his name is, checked on us multiple times.

I've been coming here for over a year now, and I will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you for always giving such great customer service and keeping a clean facility!

We love Urban Air! The toddler jump is great. It's nice and quiet and always tires the kids out. They always fall asleep in the car, which is awesome! The facility is always clean, and today smelled great. Thank you, Chelsea, for a great time! Frisco Urban Air is the place to be

When hiring teenagers your company should be more considerate of their time and shifts that they can and can't work. Please be respectful of the fact that they are students and also have extracurricular activities as well that may limit them to work. Constantly writing children up because you're uspet that they can't cover a shift even after giving reasonable time asking them to be removed from the schedule should be honored, not a write up. Just because a child is younger than you does not mean that they shouldn't be respected.

Had a great first experience today at Urban Air! My daughter had so much fun playing with her friends. Staff was very polite. Krista made sure we were taken care of. Can't wait to return!

Went for my son's birthday this was our first time here and they were running a coupon special. I end up spending less than I expected. Overall was a great experience. My children loved it. I even enjoyed the Jump myself..

My family and I had the best experience here! When checking in, we were looking to purchase six 1.5 hrs, a pair of socks, and two sodas, and the manager came over and sold us the Summer Pass Book, saving us money (price going from over $100 to $75), which took care of everyone and the drinks/socks! She made sure we were taken care of during our (first) visit to Urban Air. The kids love all the activities they have. We look forward to returning.

My kids can't wait for glow night! This place is already a lot of fun for them. It's a great way to keep inside this summer. Would definitely recommend. Staff is great, they keep it safe and clean.

Had a great few hours at Urban Air on Saturday! We attended a birthday party, and everyone had such a great time! The parking was low, but the manager helped us by let us going through the back. Kids went home tired which was amazing! Every time we come the staff are super nice and the place is usually pretty clean.

Brought our kids here and had an awesome time wearing them down! The staff was very friendly and the place was kept clean. They also offer fitness classes ($10 per class plus 1 free kid), definitely going to look into taking a few. What a great workout and fun too!

Brought my two kids in for the first time at an Urban Air and they love it! They don't require you buy their socks like some other trampoline parks. Kids love the foam pit. Staff was nice and helped with filling out a waiver. Can't wait to return!

Great place for the summer! Good deals, fun stuff to entertain the kids. They keep it clean and cool. Krista and the rest of the staff are very helpful.

This weekend we had a walk-in birthday party. The girl at the front desk gave us plates, napkins, and forks for our cake. When we asked the manager Chelsea for a knife to cut the cake, she refused to let us do it ourselves (thankfully, as my cake cutting skills are no good) and went out of her way to cut the cake for us! She really went out of her way to take care of us, and we eventually ended up ordering pizza which was ready exactly when she said it would be. She had the front desk girl with a pretty smile serve it to the kids for us, and even made the announcement for them to all come down for the pizza.

Thank you urban Air for helping our unplanned party go very well! We will be back next birthday but actually purchase a planned party

With love,
Christy

AWESOME PLACE FOR A KID'S BIRTHDAY PARTY. STEFANO WAS A GREAT HOST AND THE PLACE WAS ORGANIZED AND THE KIDS HAD A BLAST. THANK YOU! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

April 26, 2018 23:27

Roomy place to jump with the whole family! A lot of different areas, benches for rest and massage chairs to relax, very interesting machine with candies - it is very fun to use it:) Friendly staff.
If we talk about the minuses it is smell. It takes time to get used to it.

April 20, 2018 20:59

Loud! But so fun for the kids. From my 4 yr old to my fourteen years old. They all love it.

April 16, 2018 21:12

Birthday party was very well run and efficient however the price was extremely high. Had 15 kids and it ended up being approx $33 per child. You can find better deals around town.

April 11, 2018 10:57

It's a bit small after going to Altitude all the time near where we used to live. Kids enjoy it for about an hour and they've had their fun. For a place of this size, I would imagine there would be a good way to air it out so the smell is not so overwhelming. The place we used to go to is much bigger and they did a great job of keeping the place from smelling like a gym.

April 7, 2018 19:42

Urban Air is always a great time. We went with friends. The kids were happy and exhausted when we were through!

April 5, 2018 20:25

Children love this facility. We had a birthday celebration here, a bit on the expensive side but worth it for the kids. Once in a while the adults become kids too and enjoy the trampoline.

If it's your first time, just be cautious and start with slow walking and then jumping. Give it a bit if time for your body to get adjusted to the new movements.

Wish they allow food from outside or have more options. That's the only complaint/suggestion for the management.

April 3, 2018 09:45

Great place for kids birthday parties! Sheryl, our party hostess, was so helpful and on top of everything we needed!! Management was great too.

February 7, 2018 21:07

On-line ticket sales and waivers last 1 year. 3 large areas and one smaller area. Multiple party rooms. No outside food or drink though. Only their socks or barefoot. Snacks are reasonably priced. Great for groups, few seats for parents, a couple of pay massage chairs available.

January 27, 2018 18:47

Extremely fun place to go. Great for the kids and Adults. Ok prices. They don't allow food or drinks to be brought in; and, they have a very limited selection of food/snack items to choose from. This is the reason for giving a 4 star rating. Staff is profession, respectful, and very friendly!

January 20, 2018 20:03

Don't expect to eat here. They offer pizza but what they don't say in the "fine print" is that they order it from Dominoes and you have to order it through the front desk.. The wait is 1.5 hours for delivery to this place. I asked if I could go get it myself (from Dominoes) and bring it back. The teenager at the front desk said, yes you can but you have to eat it outside. I will never come back and would not recommend if you're hungry.
Alright place to let the kids burn off some energy though.

Update: My son has a fractured tibia. Don't take your kids here, they don't value safety at all.

Update 11/15/2017: The owner of Urban Air responded to my Yelp review, instructing me to contact the regional manager about my experience. I did so on 10/2. As of 11/15, I have had no response whatsoever.

Don't go here unless you want your child to get injured. We went for a birthday party last year and had a pretty good time. We went again today and could not have been more disturbed by the visit. From 11am to noon they only had one employee monitoring the 6 different trampoline areas. I didn't see the employee instruct any kids in a manner that would help with safety, but she sure did enforce the "No socks, unless they're the Urban Air socks we sell here" rule (which isn't posted anywhere on their website, they ambush you with it).

After noon, they added 1 more employee, but this still didn't help with safety. There is an area with 3 trampolines that jump into a foam block pit. Last year there was an employee stationed at the pit ensuring that only 1 kid was on each trampoline at a time and that they wait until kids cleared the foam pit before jumping in. Not a single employee there this year. I saw one kid get pulled out of there with a busted head and another crying about his leg. I tried telling my 4 year old how to be safe on it, but one of the larger kids jumped at him and busted his leg. He was screaming in agony and has been for the past 2 hours since we had to leave. Now we're trying to figure out if we need to take him to the ER because it's Saturday and he can't stop crying in pain. We stayed glued to our kids the entire time, but we can't control what other kids do. That's what you depend on EMPLOYEES for when you go to a place like this designed for children.

Also, I saw reviews about the restrooms smelling like urine. This is true. Last year, the bathroom floor was covered in urine. This year, they have mats so you just don't notice it as much. It's expected when there are so many young children, but maybe clean the restrooms more often considering these barefoot kids are dragging this urine back onto the trampolines.

What an awful and awkward experience for our birthday party. The host seemed like a nice guy but had no business being a host. I think they were understaffed and he was overwhelmed. I had to prompt him to do every little thing. I arrived 20 minutes early expecting to set up my cake and a few decorations that I brought and thinking the host would take care of the rest of the setup like other places I'd been. I had a large party so I spent extra money to get the private room. He set out plates, napkins, and table runner and that was it. He was off to assist with another party. I was told there would be balloons. He did not bring the balloons until 1.5 hours into the party after pizza and cake had been served and just awkwardly handed them to me. All my guests arrived and we were just standing around not sure what to do and had to track down the host to get our wrist bands so we could go jump. The kids enjoyed jumping although there were lots of accidents with other kids running all over the place and I only recall seeing a monitor at one location a couple times and I'm pretty sure it was our host doing double duty. When pizza arrived we went back to the room and there was no water so we had to ask for that. When he finally got the water, I had to ask him if he was going to serve the pizza to all the anxiously awaiting kids. (Other places I've been had the food and drink ready to go as kids came back from their activities so it's very seamless and an efficient use of the limited time.) He said he had to go get gloves. Why hadn't he thought of that while he was getting the water? By the time he got back with gloves we had already served the kids. So then I thought I'd better prompt him to get ready to serve cake and said we needed a knife and forks. He came back with an industrial size box of forks and just handed them to me. Really?!! Then went back to find a knife. So glad I had brought a lighter for the candle with me or that would have been another trip for him to take. The cake cutting was really painful. I assumed he would help with that and he just looked at me like a deer in the headlights and then just stared at the cake like he didn't know what to do. So I helped him cut the cake and my family jumped in to help serve it. If I'd known I'd be hosting the party, I would have just done it in the comfort of my own home. All I really got for the cost of this party was about 45 minutes of jumping and a very awkward and embarrassing experience and didn't get an opportunity to enjoy my son's birthday party with him. I will not be back to Urban Air and am confounded as to why they were supposedly voted a top place to have a birthday party. I would absolutely not recommend it!!

October 25, 2017 12:07

Not safe and pretty much the most dangerous place you could take your children. So supervision of jumping areas, staff are all kids without training and mostly just don't care. Stay away from this place.

October 25, 2017 12:07

Considering others we have been to AND the distance we drove to get here, I was really unimpressed. They were overbooked and understaffed. We "pay for attractions" (Dodge ball, foam pits, basketball)... They were all together. The Dodge ball they promote, 2 courts, neither had a ref or jump park employee. The balls were all thrown from one court to the other so one of the games ended up with literally, no balls! I was disappointed, not impressed.

October 25, 2017 12:07

We had been to jump street several times, but went here for the first time. The tranpoline area is sliced into small blocks that my child didn't like. Was not much crowed on sunday. Over all our experience was not bad.
