I like coming to this gym the location is close to my work place. Nice staff great instructors for group classes. Classes after work starts 545. Nice machines new HIIT classes. Some cons: old and tired locker rooms and no changing area.... more
Friendly staff, lots of equipment, they have a decent size pool.It's a little worn but it's easy to use equipment, it's clean and staff are always helpful.A perfect professional and knowledgeable staff ,who not only offers exercise but also reliable information on health , fitness and exercise in general ! Once signed up, it will be impossible to cancel your membership. They don't answer phones and there is never an employee there. I had to go through my bank to cancel, this was after I cancelled through an employee.... more

Was a member here when I lived over there! I loved it! Pilates is always to expensive... you pay one price and can go as many times you want if you book it in before anyone else, but lots of different kind of classes through the day.... more
