this is the best place to go workout it is clean and the staff is awesome especially the manager Liza she always make sure that the customers are taking care of she goes above and beyond it is an awesome place to work out

I had my first session with a trainer, Alex. He was amazing! Totally made me feel at ease, no judgment, walked me through the entire workout and even did it all with me. Encouraged me the whole time. Definitely a great first experience doing legs and shoulders. I would recommend him and Planet Fitness to everyone.

Love this gym! Great team of employees and the equipment is kept clean and in working order but the best part is the layout of the place. There is lots of room so you don't feel crowded and you can move around easily to get to the machines.

I went to go check out Planet Fitness. The plans available have ways to try and either make you pay a year up front or your tied to a 12 to 24 month contract that they tie in to your checking account. They do not do credit card billing so there was no way I was going to allow them access to take money out. I've had bad experiences when billing is set like this and I want no part of it. After I toured this gym I talked to the front desk and they went over the plans and how they work and bill you. I wanted to make sure so I asked if they did credit card billing and he said no and I decided that I had my answer and walked out. Did not want to be tied in to a contract or pay a whole year up front. You never know if you run into problems and want out. I want the option to cancel and get out when I want so be aware and plan ahead for memberships like this. Good luck and think fit, live fit!

My son and I go here regularly. One of the most affordable gyms to join. Most of the planet fitnesses I have attended throughout the different states or run just about the same and are kept clean.

The space is not very crowded in the early hours, but members seem to be less concerned with cleaning the equipment after use. Large parking lot adjacent to the freeway, but they share the lot with a conference center. This sharing of the lot causes issues with finding a parking spot during the conference shows. The equipment and facility is kept fairly clean by staff members working in the facility. This location has about the same amount of machines I've seen at other locations visited outside the area. This location often has signs posted about things that are out of order and not repaired over several weeks. A lot of people coming to the center who just take space at the machines blocking others working out up to (15) minutes because they want to check their phone.

Gym is always clean and machines are in working order. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this gym to any friends and family. It's great!

Love this gym. Nothing to complain about. To add, many ask if there's a kids area in this gym - the answer is no. Another thing is that they have a massage bed that I've used after my workout and really liked it. Parking is plenty. Gym is so big you won't have to wait on someone for a machine. Plus it's open 24/7 even on some holidays.

Gym is okay and clean. No parking what so ever. Employees are either high or just very stupid. Give you the hardest time to cancel. They screwed me out of 79.99 in fees because of their incompetence. There are tons of better and cleaner gyms to go too.

The gym is fine. Clean. Equipped. But the PARKING LOT is HORRIBLE. Unless u have a truck. Potholes will swallow u up. If u have low profile tires or expensive rims... Do not attempt. They need to fix the parking lot. Along w the other businesses. It could be a joint venture

Honestly haven't even walked in yet but I already love them! I joined at another location, they are slacking in customer service and a trainer.... Needless to say it was a breath of fresh air speaking to Breanna (hope thats spelled correctly) she was imforative and wasn't afraid to get the answers I seemed! I wasn't even upset you have to schedule appointments to workout, just grateful they had a system in place!!
Thank you guys!! Ill be visiting ASAP!

Very nice place for a workout however; if you are moving or have moved and where you now oresently live there is not a center near you. Be prepare to pay an extra month of membership you will not use. One must enter a fitness center to cancel membership.

No frills, cheapest gym around. It's good if you don't think you're going to show up and use your membership. It's got your basic cardio, weight machines and free weights, also an area with ab machines, and your CrossFit type stuff. The free weights tend to get crowded at times. Also, if a machine breaks it tends to stay broken for a few weeks. There are really no good amenities here unless you're into tanning beds. They have "hydromassage" too, but personally I wouldn't lay on that thing. Gross. You can bring a guest for free if you get the black card membership. And some times people have sex in the locker room, but that's normal right? :/

Never had a problem. Locker rooms are consistently maintained as well as the equipment. I enjoy working out here and the environment is very positive as well. Despite being in a "sketchy" location, it is a great gym to be a part of.

Disgusting customer service. Very unwelcoming. Specifically, the red head guy with the long beard is very rude and over zealous, not personable at all. I walked in with the intention to purchase a memembership, wallet in hand. However, I had the sudden urge to use the restroom as I was walking into the gym. So, I said "hello" to the man at the front desk and asked where the restroom was located. I said "hello" happily as I was excited to begin my membership. However, I was very abruptly and rudely told that I could not use the restroom there by a skinny red head guy with a long beard. Baffled, I respectfully inquired as to why I could not use the restroom. The man very abruptly and rudely responded that the restroom was "for members only". I replied by informing him that I had walked into Planet Fitness with my wallet in hand to purchase a membership but that I had to use the restroom. At that point the red head guy with the long beard told me that I could sign my name onto a sheet and then go to the restroom. After visiting the restroom, I walked back up to the counter and the man asked me about which membership I was looking to purchase. He didn't apologize for being rude and abrupt or anything. He was not personable or welcoming. At this point I realized, either this guy is racist or just lacking social skills and decent customer service. I asked him if he treated all prospective customers this way prior to them purchaving memberships. He rudely replied with some excuse about some strict "Restroom Policy". I inquired as to the corporate number and he informed me that this location was a Franchise. Then I asked if he was the GM. He said "yes" and proceeded with confrontation. Needless to say I will never come to this gym and alert others of this man, gym, and terrible customer service. I was looking forward to a membership with Planet Fitness and getting friends to sign up.

Not too bad but they didn't have a squat rack or designated stretching area. I like to cool down with a little yoga normally. I ended up feeling in the way. Would have enjoyed a nice space with mats and mirrors. 00
