I love being a LA Fitness member and in the past 6 years I've gone to dozens of locations. This one aint bad but don't go on a Monday.. Good place to workout. But few equipments are really old.... more

Very unprofessional desk staff. Most are on their phone, I had to wait for someone that "knew more accurate info on the memberships". He just got up and walked to the front desk to be on his phone.... more
Love this gym. I come at my lunch break at 12 PM every day and its soooo good around then. Free machines all over the place.. I used this gym to train with my personal trainer. My issue is that the owner Bobby Hart is unprofessional and irresponsible.... more

I was so excited to join this gym and am so disappointed with the experience. The membership, tax included is $191 monthly, my expectation was this gym would be well maintained. Cost doesn't equal quality in this case.... more
I love Lifetime Amenities, classes and the staff. However, my credit card information was stolen from their records and was used by someone else who I did not know to pay there membership for two months until I finally do the extra charges and had to cancel the card.... more
Gym was destroyed by a tornado. I felt bad for them until they sent me to collections for not paying dues to a gym that no longer exists. When I tried to cancel, their internet page doesn't have contact info.... more
The Gym unfortunately gets 2.5 Stars because lots of "Towels are on the FLOOR in the Men's Locker Room on SATURDAY". Also the Whirlpool out of order. I do like this gym but Management please let keep it a cleaner please.... more
showed up to gym and there is a notice on their door from their landlord, appears to be closed with no prior warning. management is unreachable. The staff is motivating and knowledgeable.... more
Do NOT get your INFO stolen and money drained when you sign up for their membership and try to stop later on. Because they will sell it and you WILL get your calls to get your money drained.... more

Horrible venue. They only accept cash. Parking is terrible. They keep the score on the same side as the seating so you can never see it. Currently watching a game in which the players stand right in front of the seating so no one can see the game.... more
Extremely hard to access - need to get parking validated every time. The location is closing very soon and the nearest is the Kessler location.. When just starting to use the facility my husband and I most defiantly loved the view of the city and could deal with the strange parking situation.... more
Moved to a new job that offers a gym membership. I liked LA Fitness, but it was free with work so It didnt make financial sense to have 2 memberships. I went in trying to cancel and waited 20mins for someone to help me.... more
20 dollars for guest pass is absolutely absurd. Garbage place with garbage rules. No way to test it out. No one else come here.. You get what you pay for... most of the treadmills are broken, good luck finding locks for barbells if lifting heavy weights, and sometimes they don't even show up on time to open the gym.... more
And you wonder why you're losing people to other gyms. Nobody likes to stand outside for 30+ minutes after your opening time because no one is there to open. It happens routinely. Whoever runs this place is a joke.... more
