Brilliant concept and it works! Go by and talk to the friendly staff and let them show you how to get fit in minimal time. I have never been stronger! I love KoKo!

Very high tech. Nothing else like it anywhere. Koko customized a fitness program based specifically on my personal goals and abilities. I am in and out in less than 30 minutes with a serious workout designed just for me. I actually enjoy working out for a change.
