Great spot to get your workout on! Always had an issue with not knowing what to do when I got to the gym, not a problem anymore. Having all the workouts show up on a screen works great! They have stretch bands and other items you can use to suplelment your workout.... more

This is a 24 hour facility. I have a flash drive that activates my personal workout for each machine. It keeps track of my progress. I have used their personal trainers. They are all competent and supportive .... more
Erratic staffing hours, unhelpful staff, bare bones equipment. Parking is difficult and usually over-crowded by high traffic neighboring businesses. Avoid, you can do better.. I got great results at Kokofit.... more
