This is a 24 hour facility. I have a flash drive that activates my personal workout for each machine. It keeps track of my progress.
I have used their personal trainers. They are all competent and supportive (although the beauty of Koko is you don't need a trainer).
I have been a member for about 3 years and I recommend it without reservation!!!

I decided to try this place out because it was so darn close to my house. I'm two weeks into the 30 day trial for $30 and it's absolutely a game changer for me. My blood pressure is under control again, my cholesterol is starting to move in the right direction, and most importantly I actually feel good again. I belong to another excellent gym but I always just stared at the weights and machines with zero motivation to work on them. Building a workout routine and really staying on top of it takes more brain power than I'm willing to put in or even have time for. Koko solves that problem through its digital trainer / "smart equipment" program and is inspiring me to go to the gym everyday now. The workouts are great and if you're a beginner who's never been a 'gym rat' or are an older adult looking to lose some weight or just get healthy again, I can't think of a better environment to start. Also considering how much a single training session is with a live trainer, this is hands down the most cost effective solution I've ever seen.

I really liked this gym. It is clean and simple. The ladies at the front desk are really nice, and remember my name (even the one who had only seen me once before). I really like the machine just telling me what to do. It kept me from doing only my favorite exercises. You don't see any body builders there, but it seems like it should work well for anyone.

Koko fitclub stacks up really well financially comparing it to getting a personal trainer. But comparing it to a self managed workout program not so much. I did not continue since I am moving in a couple months and did not want to pay the month to month price. If they build one where I move to I will probably join.

Awesome place! I have been hoping we would get one of these in Utah, and this is the first one. If you can't afford a personal trainer, but need something better than an unsupervised gym, this is perfect. The cost is about what you could pay for one PT session, but for that you get a whole month at KOKO!
Can you tell I'm a fan. Boy, am I ever. And we are especially lucky here in Sandy because this facility is staffed with terrific people!
