I absolutely LOVE Koko Fit Club!! There's no intimidation factor at all when you walk into this gym compared to the bigger, more crowded gyms around town where you sometimes have to fight for machine time. The Koko machines run off SmartTraining programs which are individualized to your own specific age and capabilities and never let you do more than you can handle while still presenting you with very challenging workouts each time. The super friendly staff members are a joy to be around and truly make this gym my "safe home" away from home :))

The staff at Koko are so supportive and caring. Awyn is fantastic!! She has been so helpful to me as I am recovering from an injury and made modifications so that I can continue to work out while recuperating! Matt and Jeanna are fabulous, too!! Best gym ever- fresh fruit available for members after working out- what other gym does that??

This place is AMAZING! The atmosphere here is very relaxed, and a judgement free zone. The whole program pre-plans every workout for you and allows you to track your progress in real time which is so motivating. The elliptical also has so many sessions that you can pick out of and they are so fun (The Empire State Building Climb is my FAV!). I also must mention that the trainers are the Kindest people I have ever met, and they will guide you through everything you need to know. Highly recommend to everyone!

I first gave a try to Koko in July 2013. I never liked doing strength training and I was trying Koko thinking it would be the same...I was so wrong.

Koko FitClub has found a great concept to have people like me go out and loving strength training.

Koko FitClub of Cary has an amazing team of trainers that can help you get started as soon as you step in the club. Come ready to exercise and here you go...you'll love it :-) I am pretty sure of it. You get a key to record all your progress for your strength & cardio training sessions. It is easy like 1-2-3. You put your key in and you have your personal trainer ready for you on the screen and all your exercises (weights and repetitions) are downloaded. You don't have to think about any thing except to bring your Koko Key and of course breathing.

On top of that, you have your own Koko website to go check on your next strength session, your progress, how many points you accumulated during your time spent at Koko for strength and/or cardio exercises, and some tips on food and diet to stay healthy and become stronger.

I love being part of the Koko FitClub of Cary. It is easily accessible and there is a large parking lot.

Now, enough said...you have to try it and experience for yourself. Enjoy!

The workouts are designed to be done in 30 minutes, which works best for me. I can see gains in strength. The cardio programs are about 16 minutes long. I can do a total workout in less than 1 hour. Also your progress is tracked on a USB drive, that helps keep you motivated.

Great for all ages! I am a college student and have always been intimated by the gym on campus. I decided to give koko a try and it is LIFE CHANGING. In just a month I have lost 2+ inches off my waist, all of the staff is wonderful!!

The format is different but exceptional. The workouts are no-nonsense, fast paced, and there is no waiting in line to get to different machines. I've never been able to be in and out of gym with both strength training and cardio in 45 minutes before. The hours are great, the staff is great, and you will see and feel changes quickly.

Koko FitClub has turned me into someone who now enjoys working out! Strength training is easy to follow and effective - I have made a 133% strength gain in 14 months and can now lift my own weight. I feel so much better now. I can walk a 5K without huffing and puff after ten minutes. Very clean and well-kept up facility and an outstanding staff make this a great place to work out. Electronic key access allows me to work out on my schedule. I wish you had opened years ago!
