Rickey is great! As a runner and triathlete, I was lacking in strength training. I've been working out with Rickey twice a week for a few months now and can see that my body is getting smaller and more toned. I also notice a difference in how much weight I can lift now versus when I started. I have recurring knee issues, and Rickey is great in helping me work around my injury. He also watches my knees in squats and lunges to make sure I don't hyper-extend. He's a pro!

Rickey's bootcamp was excellent. He really worked with me on everything from pricing to daily food intake. Workouts were tough but simple with minimal equipment, a lot of using bands or your own body weight. I saw great results and classes were fun and always different. Rickey held you accountable and was great at tracking your progress. And classes don't cost a fortune! Definitely recommend

I do the MWF 7:15am bootcamps and i love them. I'm that person that never ever worked out in their life aside from required sports team workouts. I hated working out so much, mostly because i never knew what type of exercises i should be doing. But Rickey makes it really easy to get your fitness on. The bootcamps are challenaging don't get me wrong, but it's totally worth it. I've been going for 4 weeks now and i (and my friends and even acquaintances) have already noticed a real change in my body, i've lost fat and gained muscle and i feel great. SO worth it!

Rickey Taylor's Xcelerated Training is the best investment I have made in a long time. From day one Rickey provided me with a very detailed but very doable and easy to follow nutritional plan that has changed by eating habits for the better such that I have no craving for sweets or sodas (all those bad foods that add pounds around the belly). His approach is such that you don't feel overwhelmed with the changes that you are going to be making while participating in boot camp. The boot camp classes have been intimate so you feel that he is able to make sure you are doing each exercise correctly without injury to self, they have been challenging, and always different such that I have been pushed to a level that I have not been able to do on my own. It has been the greatest workout program I have participated and look forward to each class. Rickey is so encouraging and has such a fabulous knowledge of how the body works and what it needs to be healthy and strong!!!

Ricky's Xcelerated Training is the best boot camp I've ever done (and I tried many of them!). The classes are 30 min length. The style of the classes: intervals, the choice of workouts and the repetition are great! They are killers, but they are hitting every muscle! And, not to forget music, the upbeat music gets you in the mood to get your body moving. The perfect way to start your day (or end if you want)!

Ricky Rocks my world!!! Ricky delivers a fast paced series of unique and effective exercises that go right to the core. Just what you need in the morning, better than coffee, short and sweet. If the exercises don't wake you up, the music sure will! The diet plan is right on, real and to the point. Old school, with a new twist!. Now i can wear my old blue jeans!
