It was my first time. They were friendly and helpful! The greeters and the class teacher.. Upbeat, challenging and rewarding. Class instructors always split time between attendees to make sure you've got the best workout for you personally.... more

This place is my favorite workout spot. Love the energy and staff over there. Best of all, they have towels! Love the bible verses on walls and in basket at reception. Wish they brought the eucalyptus oil spray back to the steam room.... more
