Been a member here for about two weeks, and I'm very happy with it so far. This gym offers A LOT more than the typical, commercial gyms around here - and for a damn good price, too. The sheer amount of available equipment, including things you won't find at most gyms, have led me to fall in love with weight lifting all over again.
The staff are all very nice. They at least look at me, speak, and smile, acknowledging my presence, unlike previous places I've been to - it's nice to feel valued as a member. They keep the place clean and don't follow me around with a vacuum cleaner like previous places I've been to.
The only negative thing I've heard about Q4, and some reviews here highlight it as well, is their readiness to turn people over to collections if they are late on monthly payments. For people who aren't terrible with money, and for people who aren't quitters, you probably have nothing to worry about.
So, what are you waiting for? Ditch the commercial, chain gyms and join a good gym. Visit their website, get a 3-day pass, and take a step towards becoming the strongest version of yourself.
**Stuff this place has that most commercial gyms won't have:**
-Bumper plates, Olympic bar, drop-floor section (chalk friendly)
-Dumbbells up to 120
-Squat racks with band attachments
-Boxes for box-jumps
-TRX stuff
-Multiple real pull-up bars hanging from the ceiling
-Indoor turf and sleds
-Heavy ropes
-An assortment of bands
-An assortment of kettleballs
-Plate-loaded Hammer Strength/Cybex machines
-Chains
I'll update with some pictures if I remember.
