Great variety of machines. For black card members they offer massage chairs, hydro massage beds, and tanning beds. Staff is for the most part courteous. Sometimes it is hard to get a staff member up front and sometimes they don't answer their phones during business hours.... more

24 hour fitness. Love it. We're visiting from Utah and Brendan signed us up on a free week trial. He is the personal trainer in the morning and he's definitely someone I would recommend to anyone living in Sioux Falls.... more
Products are great and the customer service is good when you are in the store and they want you to spend money there, but if you have an issue the customer service sucks. I paid over $300 for a product and when I arrived home, the box was empty.... more
They will tell you whatever they need to to get a signature on a contract. We were told we could cancel at anytime. The only facility we were using were the tennis courts, which are now closed.... more
