FORM has so many class formats that every time I come to a class I know I will be challenged. I never get bored of one class because they have so many options and great, knowledgeable instructors! Great place to drop in for a workout.
To say I love FORM would be an understatement. I was in a workout rut for a long time before I attended my first yoga class at FORM. Now my workout is my most favorite part of the day. So thankful this place brought me back to my healthy, happy self!

Form is awesome! I moved back to Sioux Falls a couple of months ago and have been trying different studios around town. Form is definitely my favorite so far. It's got a great atmosphere, wonderful staff, and the attached boutique is nice even though the men's wear is very limited. The classes are challenging for all levels and I always leave feeling better than when I came. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good workout!
