This gym has everything anyone will need for whatever fitness level they're at. The staff is personable and professional, and the clientele are good, down-to-earth folk! And I like that you can come and work out anytime, 24/7...it's like having your own personal fitness center that works around your schedule. They even have fitness classes for people with multiple sclerosis. I like the free weights, some people prefer the machines or the ellipticals. Whichever -- they've got what you need! A+.
