The bathroom cleanliness is outstanding! There is never any mold or mildew. Charles does an outstanding job of keeping all his employees cleaning. Recommend fast-tracking Charles for promotion now!

Someone needs to contact the bad business bureau about this company I have been charged for the Dorchester Charleston location for $22.03 monthly payment. Also they charge me for the Columbia Cayce planet fitness $33.03 this has been reoccurring for the last 4 months knowingly by planet fitness as a company they are aware of this because you use your email to start an account.therefore I should have been flagged in a weird of that there was two accounts being held at one time. What's the need to have two accounts really. But I know this is a scam done to make money because knowingly they know that I have an account is still asked me to sign up for 1 this is a scam

The staff here are soooo friendly. The amenities are beautiful and still look brand new. Locker room is clean and spacious. Love the free classes and other amenities for Black Card members. Happy we recently joined.

This Planet Fitness is well maintained and has an easy to use Facility! With a numerous amount of gym equipment and activity centers, there is a constant Plethora of workouts to Enjoy! Additional perks are a few different Tanning rooms, Hydrotherapy Massage chairs, and standard Massage chairs which are all quite Beneficial and Relaxing! I definitely recommend this Facility!

I left Planet Fitness sometime ago because the West Ashley manager got a little crazy with the siren. I understand keeping the noise down but realistically there will be noise. This one is more understanding and has a more open feel. This one may win me back.

Every staff member has been amazing at this new facility on Dorchester rd. I was a member in the past at a different one and I don't think anyone ever said a word to me

The gym overall is great actually. The equipment is nice, and everything for the most part is clean. The reason I gave it a 3, is really more personal. I have realized that I do not like big gyms like this, where it is just fitness equipment only. Because this gym is so popular, it becomes insanely busy on weekdays after 4pm. I prefer a smaller gym with classes. They do offer a few classes but the workout is on the gym equipment. It just isn't for me.

People there are nice and helpful. Young lady that helped me i wish i could remember her name. She is a African American with euther braids or dreads very petite. Shes one of the trai ers. She goes above and beyond.

This place is clean and well-decorated. The staff are friendly and professional. They seem interested in making sure you have a great experience. I recommend getting the Black Card membership. The amenities that you get with it are worth more than you pay per month. Way more!

I have been to about 7 planet fitnesses up and down the east coast this is the only one where you can't bring in a gallon of water smh

This is not to any particular site. General facilities are typically nice and well kept. Wide variety of equipment. However, if you move and need to cancel your membership it is such a pain. I tried to go to a location near where I relocated and they said I needed to go to my home site which was in a different state or they could snail mail a form. (Why this couldn't be electronic I am not sure). Regardless, be aware that yes there are no contracts but make sure to look into how to cancel your membership before leaving for a different state.

This establishment just open and needs to be shut down for new management. This staff name James and this location is ruin the franchise name and company. I was checked in from the scanner myself on 10/1/17 at 11pm. I was in the middle of my treadmill running for 10 minutes. The staff James approached to me asked me for my membership card and took my key to the counter while I still running on the treadmill. He waved me over and said my card was not activated and froze. I don't even know why, I have been going here many times since northwood location under renovations. I had not any problems to checked in. What's so big deal about this after I already checked in and started work out. He told me that I could not work out tonight due to my account froze due to my home club under construction. Unless I showed him last payment of planet fitness from my bank account. I showed him my last withdraw was on 8/17/17 from my BOA apps on my phone. He replied don't show me your email. And became very aggressive. He might have some anger issues to work at the customer service front desk. I said I'm not showing you email it's my bank apps show my payments. I have found out from corporate office even my account froze, I can still be able to use any gym. Because this Is the courtesy for those members who got interrupted during the renovation of my home club. This is dumbest staff I have ever seen. Very unfriendly very unprofessional. He said I won't be able to work out anymore tonight. He did not want to see the payment no more. He is like a king or like a owner of that business can do whatever he want. I got really pissed off. He told me to leave, but I'm not leaving because I came all the way 20 miles round trip for 10 minutes work out. It ruined my days. So he called cops to kick me out. I said I want to complaint this staff. But I had to waited until next day. No manager on duty at midnight. I think he should let me finish work out tonight and call the company to restore froze next day. This was a stupid decision to kick customer out. I'm just a normal member who just come here to work out. Follow the rules. I do not breach of the gym policy. This staff needs to get fire. Very unfriendly environment. I was just came here to work out. Not came here to hurt anyone or do any crime. Call the cops kick me out just don't make no sense. That was most embarrassing moment in my life. It's not gonna hurt or damage anything for 2 hrs work out. Overall it was very terrible experience.

Great atmosphere and great staffs!!! The trainers are absolutely wonderful and will work with you to ensure that you are getting the maximum benefits of doing the exercies.
