Love the studio and the staff, they make HIIT training addicting and fun. They really push you so no matter what level of fitness you're at, you'll find a challenge here. Most of the classes I took were with Evelina so I can speak more to her character: she brings so much energy to a class, will take as much one-on-one time as you need, and will work with you outside of class hours face to face, over phone/email/text to get your diet/nutrition just right.... more
