Love the studio and the staff, they make HIIT training addicting and fun. They really push you so no matter what level of fitness you're at, you'll find a challenge here. Most of the classes I took were with Evelina so I can speak more to her character: she brings so much energy to a class, will take as much one-on-one time as you need, and will work with you outside of class hours face to face, over phone/email/text to get your diet/nutrition just right. I feel like she went above and beyond.

I decided last minute to participate in the KICKFIT CHALLENGE.. and after my first day, I became addicted to the atmosphere, the coaches' enthusiasm , and the positive attitude that each challenger brought in as they walked through the door ready to attack the challenge of that day. These coaches are willing to help you and push you to become the best version of yourself and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my time in KickFit Studio.

Looking forward to my next month with Kick fit, and I'm still 2 workouts away from completing this past month! The scales haven't moved much, but I can definitely see a difference in areas of my body. This makes me stoked and gives me the encouragement to continue, cause hey, it's working!!! Believe me, if I can do this with extreme neck and back issues you can too! I've done nothing for the last 3 years in the form of excercise and have gained about 50lbs. Thankfully, after 2 recent injections I have been in less pain and ready to get in better shape so I chose Kick Fit. The staff have been great about helping me to modify movements that I am unable to do with my problems. If I can't do something, I just go back to something that I can do, just keepin moving is key for me.
Everyone from the Coaches to the Members are pretty awesome, not to mention encouraging. We all help to encourage each other and the workouts are mixed up, this limits you from that boring lull of a lot of workout programs. This too is key for me, if it's boring I'm out! You won't be disappointed at Kick fit.. See yout there for some pain, burn, fun and a great workout!

Joined on a Groupon, stayed for a challenge, and decided to roll over into membership. The workouts are fast, fun, and make you SWEAT. Great sense of community and teamwork. Coaches are awesome!

I never thought...
- that strenuous WORKOUT at 5:30 am could be this FUN - but all three instructors (Evelina, Donovan and Jeremy) equally made the workouts horribly BRUTAL and ENJOYABLE at the same time and the results speak for themselves: improved strength, endurance, loss of body fat and putting on muscle while losing weight (10lb in 3 weeks)
- that OLDER GUYS CAN REGAIN STAMINA by joining such a program - despite doing martial arts semi-regularly, I felt extremely out of shape , especially at times when I missed practices for a week or two at a time. I was ready to resign and just come to terms with the fact that life is too busy and I am (and my joints are) too old for real intense workout more regularly. I am so glad I was wrong. Admittedly I felt like I needed an ambulance at the end of the first couple workouts, but after 3 weeks I feel I can do this long term and feel (and prob look) younger
- that I will actually ever like salads and other healthy foods - but Kickfit studio's NON-CRAZY DIETARY SUGGESTIONS made me realize that eating healthy doesn't have to be torture . They also taught me that the most important ingredient of a healthy diet is not "guilt" but moderation ;) Also, if you do a diet like this, you are way more likely to make long lasting changes to your habits (perhaps for life), than if you torture yourself for 4 weeks and all the while you are fantasizing about going back to your old unhealthy lifestyle the moment the challenge is over.
- that having a healthier body will have such a profound POSITIVE effect on other areas of my life - all these other things just fell in place without even trying hard: BETTER SLEEPING habits and the lack of the mid-afternoon lull where I think I need an expensive starbucks drink to wake me up to finish the day; LESS PROCRASTINATING at work or in personal errands, LESS FREQUENT CRAVINGS for sweets and unhealthy drinks including alcoholic drinks, LESS TIME WATCHING MINDLESS SHOWS on Netflix or the News to "wind down", IMPROVED SPIRITUAL LIFE and progress on several levels of my PERSONAL LIFE and relationships).
- that the people who do this kind of challenge come from very DIVERSE backgrounds, professions, fitness levels and ages and are all very KIND and NON-JUDGEMENTAL so no need to fear, the atmosphere is very good and everyone is FRIENDLY spurring each other on to success

I signed up during the 4 week challenge that was offered and became hooked! It is always a wonderful, challenging workout. The instructors bring enthusiasm and knowledge every single day. The people in classes are also amazing! It is definitely a team environment. We are all in this together! Best place I have ever joined to improve overall fitness!

Been going to this gym around 4 months now. The environment is really positive with trainers that ensure they achieve the best workout with each class. Every technique is explained so each member doesn't potentially hurt themselves. I personally have noticed a physical change in my body and endurance. They offer a great I introduction package of 20 dollars and a free pair of gloves. Why would you not give it a try?

Kick Fit offers something I've never encountered with any other gym or workout program: high intensity workouts with exceptionally trained and supportive coaches that are actually FUN. I leave every workout tuckered out, but pumped for my next visit. This LOCAL spot has totally transformed the way I think about fitness. After four weeks I already feel stronger and in better cardiovascular shape than I have in years. Plus you get to punch stuff (which is awesome). I've recommended it in person to everyone I can find (two of my girlfriends have already enrolled and love it).

I love kickfit studio! The workout is 45 mins of intense boxing followed by abs and overall a fantastic workout

Such an awesome gym! I am not one for the typical workout, so this high intensity kickboxing workout is perfect! We are participating in the Challenge that provides classes for 4 weeks AND a meal plan! I feel great, eating healthy, and relieving stress in a fun and diverse workout!

Loved it! Was not only an amazing workout but it was fun and a real stress reliever after a day of work. The trainers were all friendly and I could hear them say, "You got it Donna" near the end when I didn't think I had it! :) Motivation is so important and they offered that!

The best thing I've done for my body so far has been the 40 minutes x 3 spent each week at KickFit. The days in-between are spent stretching & overcoming the inevitable soreness that comes from those work outs. But man, are they worth it. I love the intensity & encouragement from the coaches & their ability to work with whatever ailment you may have that day. AWESOME place!

The days in-between are spent stretching & overcoming the inevitable soreness that comes from those work outs. But man, are they worth it. I love the intensity & encouragement from the coaches & their ability to work with whatever ailment you may have that day. AWESOME place!
