The front desk is pleasant and makes a point of greeting you with eye-contact and a smile.
It's clean - and even when it's busy - there are plenty of machines open.
The bathrooms are super clean.
It's bright and cheery.
The vibe is good - translating for me to: Non-Judgmental. I like that I can work out at my pace...and work my way up incrementally

Cleanest, most affordable gym I've ever been in with super friendly, helpful staff and a wide range of people working out. Equipment is plentiful and top quality and each machine features easy to follow guidelines and it's own television.

It was clean and well organized, the biggest and contained the widest variety of machines I have seen at any PF. It was a Saturday, yet being so large with so many machines, it was easy to get any machine desired.
Parking was abundant. Locker room was clean. Temperature was good. Plenty of TVs.

I have been working out at Planet Fitness for about 2 years now and have been really happy here. I have taken some classes in the past and I workout a lot on my own. Recently I decided to try a class again with the new trainer Dylan. One class is all I needed to get hooked again. His outgoing personality, his attention to my fitness goals, his encouragement to push me even harder (because that is what I need) and did I say his friendly personality is what keeps me going back to as many classes as I can take with him. Thanks Planet Fitness for adding Dylan to your team.

Started going to PF a lil over 4mths ago & was almost ready to cancel my membership but then they added later classes & weekend classes that is what kept me from quitting! Trainer Dylan's infectious warm positive attitude, concern & attention to detail with each member in class is amazing!! I actually love taking his classes because I know no matter how hard they are, his cheerful positive attitude will keep me going!!! I train with both trainers Dylan & Yancy I just think they are both such an amazing asset to PF!! Great job Briar!!
Only downside is ladies locker/rest room could be cleaner & need to lose the automatic air freshener that smells like syrup(gross). Paper towel dispenser out on the floor needs to be kept up on. Some of the staff at front desk could take a class on customer service, especially some night shift!!!!!!!
The manager Adam is great!! Always nice!

I get to this gym around 5:30pm about 3 times a week. Without fail, every time I go in the trash cans in the locker room and the gym itself are overflowing with paper towels, the bathrooms are almost or fully out of toilet paper, and the front desk staff ignore you even when you tell them hello or thank you. They make you feel like you're interrupting them even though they're clearly not doing anything.
The 30 minute circuit area always has people on it not participating, just using one or two machines and just sitting there doing multiple reps and resting so you have to go around them and come back when they leave. There are signs that this room is for the circuit only and monitored by staff, but if it is monitored they don't do anything about it.
Today I signed up for a massage, got the usual room number response and nothing else, and went in. About 4 minutes into my 10 minute massage, the machine shuts off. I sit there for a little bit to see if it will come back on, it gives me a countdown so I turn it back on. It shuts off shortly after that. Then an employee comes in and tells me I have to get off, there are people waiting. I explain I was only there for a few minutes, he asks me if the machine shut off and I turned it on again. I told him yes, but because of what happened, then his demeanor changed and he said okay well there are people waiting and he can get me a new massage chair. I told him to forget it. I finally get have a conversation with someone there and get talked down to. I am so fed up with this location!

Very nice gym! There is a alot of great places to workout but out of all the gyms I have been to got to say this is the nicest one. The staff is amazing I can't say more they always help u if there is trouble I am a member with the black zone and it's so worth ur money so if u wanna a really nice gym I would recommend this gym just some times it can get really buzy but all place get that way right though one time my friend did his socks taken other than that I have never had a bad thing here.

Great for cardio. The black card is good b/c you can take a guest. You also get VIP access.

It's usually very busy in the evenings. In the evenings I often cant get to a bench or machine without waiting. There's plenty of cardio machines. If you're into weight lifting, this place is not great. They don't have barbells, weight benches, or ANY squat racks. When I asked why not, I was given the answer "We don't want to be like Gold's Gym." I'd say they have accomplished that goal. I just would like to be able to actually do legitimate squats. Please, take out a couple smith machines, which promote bad form on squats, and replace them with actual squat racks. I like going to this gym because it's located within walking distance from where I live. Plus, the cost is cheap.

Love the spacious workout space. Very clean and plenty of equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great value for the cost.

This place is quick, clean and the young staff here are very helpful. I don't appreciate the old brown haired ladies sarcasm when we tried to upgrade. She rolled her eyes and gave many snide comments before saying it's impossible to upgrade in-store. The next night, a tall brown haired fellow and a dark-curly haired girl were able to do this with manners in 30 seconds.

Member for a number of years. Nominal monthly fee for Black Card holders. Love my personal trainer (Adrian Brown) he has elevated our workouts to another level within the last month. Excruciating pain (in a good way. Gained a core group of regulars and I look forward to my workouts.

Overall clean, nice people. For the cost it is very competitive. It would be nice if they had heavier barbells however I can't complain too much for the cost.

I travel all over the country for my job. I'm telling you this is the best planet fitness i have ever been in. Polite and friendly staff, so clean you could eat off the floor, excellent equipment and tons of it. Top notch planet fitness experience here folks.

I joined here about three months ago. I love the fact they are open 24 hours a day. They are convenient to my home and I work out early in the morning. I am usually there around 4;30a.m. and leave by 6:00a.m. I can tell you during the hours i work out there is hardly anyone there. A core group of people who work out. But plenty of machines and equipment to use. The staff is great and pleasant and at the time I work out they are always cleaning the gym...a thing I personally like about the gym... great place to work out and they keep the equipment maintained as well

Great value. Clean and always available equipment. 24 hours with tanning and hydro massage beds. They don't have the free haircuts that other locations have

This is a fantastic planet fitness, really I would give it 4.5 stars, had everything I want in a gym, but there aren't halves. I just wish they had a fountain that could fill water bottles easily, with COLD water.

Wow, if only every Planet Fitness could look like this one. The size alone is AWESOME!
This location has everything one would expect in a Planet Fitness like newer equipment, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, a VAST number of cardio machines, and there is even a PF Cyclone ( if one is unfamiliar with a PF Cyclone its a wind tunnel for cooling off after a workout in other words IT BLOWS). Did eye say WoW?
