This is a very innovative product. I'm quite intrigued with the few times I've used it so far. I work in outpatient physical therapy and have used it in several patients. I've even tried it on my wife, Who normally does not like things like this but she was very satisfied as well with the results due too its consistent pressure. I like that you can leave the cup in place or you can glide around. The flexibility of the cup is interesting because you can get angles on the body you normally can't with plastic or glass cups.

I am a Physical Therapist who has used Susan's cupping technique and I have made good progress using these tools. This technique has been effective in addition to a comprehensive plan of care!

"Cup and Release" silicon cups leave no bruises! Designed by a Physical Therapist, The sturdy handle allows simultaneous lifting with pulling. There is no need to push the cup into the body. Just pull and glide.
The cups are easy to clean, light, and great for traveling. The large cup works on all back muscles, glutes, piriformis, TFL/IT band, calves, quads and patella. The medium is perfect for the shoulder and forearm. The small cup is great on the frontalis and temporal regions for headaches; It provides a more delicate ,yet effective pulling force.
The small cup also works well on the wrist to release nerve compression.
You'll need to find a balm or thick lotion that holds a vacuum seal and then practice.

I am a Physical Therapist, private practice owner who has been practicing for over 27 years. I treat teenage athletes, adults, seniors to elite Olympic athletes. Susan King, PT sent me her cups to try with my patients. My PT staff also tried with their patients. The patients loved them! Patient responses: " It feels good". " It doesn't hurt like the other cups". " I can lift my knee up now". I used the cups ( all 3 sizes) to treat hips, ITB, Scoliosis, large Scar -tissue front of hip, calves , shoulders, and back muscles. I like how it gently decompresses, can be used over and around uneven areas like ribs, achilles, and knee. These cups are more dynamic, gentle, and can help reduce your pain while relaxing, and releasing muscles for tissue recovery. Thank you Susan!

I was experiencing pain in my back. My Therapist, Susan King, used Cup and Release on the painful area, and the pain was gone. There were no after-effects, no bruising, no blisters. I am quite satisfied with the experience.
