Very poor customer service and communication. I called 2 weeks ago to inquire about signing my child up for swimming and was told to call back in 2 weeks as their schedule for next month was not available yet. I saved it in my calendar as a reminder to call back exactly 2 weeks later. When I called back, I was told that the lists for the month are all filled up and we even missed the assessment, which I would have signed my child up for the day I originally called if they offered it, but they said it was too early.
Even upon explaining to them what had happened, no attempt was made whatsoever to try and bring us in and work with us on getting the child into swimming. Apparently they don't want our business. We'll take it somewhere else!

Don't go to many indoor pools, but it was so hot and humid. Was invited for a kids party, would have been more enjoyable if cooler.

Management (I emailed 3 managers) doesn't respond to any emails to address concerns. Childcare staff is rude, you can tell they hate their job. Some of the general staff is actually helpful and nice. I enjoy the group classes and instructors. Can't wait for my membership contract to end and find a facility that better suits my family.

They have an indoor saltwater pool(smells like chlorine) that I like. However the hot water in the shower never lasts longer than a minute and the mold in the showers and the dirty carpet in the bathroom is gross. Really gross.And just an F.Y.I. if you sign up a child for the summer program, you will have to unenroll them IN WRITING or they'll continue to charge you for each child and will not reimburse you. I enrolled two children for the summer only. Even giving them the exact dates. For some reason they continued to charge me for one child but not the other. They refused to reimburse me because I had not put it in writing that they were unenrolling, even though I had given them dates in writing when I signed them up. They had no problem with the one child so why continue charging me for the other? The lady explained this happens all the time but there's nothing they can do about the money. It's a scam.

Fully equipped clean and we'll laid out. The staff is universally kind and friendly and the membership fees are very low. You can't beat a salt water pool Olympic sized!

Kinda old stuff but there's no lunks strutting around. People keep to themselves and do their own thing. Pool is great too!

Great equipment. I wish I could go more often. I don't know where my time goes. I recommend them highly.

The pool lessons are the worst the instructors follow no rules and are unable to assist patrons in reaching any sort of goal or progress many times they have to come back just to learn the basics again and again. This is a direct reflection on the aquatics management

I enrolled my 4 year old in a swimming class. My daughter was doing fine with her swimming lessons for the first 2 classes and then not sure what happened but 1 day she got scared of water. She felt that she will drown and she tried to cling to the teacher out of fear but she felt helpless. So when I asked the instructor if she can help her out, the instructor didn't seem interested at all. Rather she told me to take my LO into pool by myself. If I'd knew how to swim why would I pay someone else then. So my daughter never went their again and we wasted our money because the instructor did not like my child who cried there once and got scared and I requested for a little help. Very unprofessional and rude!!

Friendly staff most of the problems seem out of their control. Not well maintained facilities, being on the pool deck is miserable with the humidity and heat.

Unorganized, Unprofessional, & Unhonest

No one ever seems to know what is going on. There in house communication is terrible. The lifeguards literally bad mouth their boss & their boss bad mouths his boss! The lifeguards also don't pay attention. I've seen people show up for classes that were cancelled and they forgot to tell them. The list goes on. Their are 2 main incidents that are outrageous.

Incident #1 Taking advantage of elderly woman

My elderly friend walks for therapy in their pool. She pays a monthly membership fee. She recently had a stroke & asked if she could pay me to help her walk also. I am no therapist and she knows that but I told her I would see if I could help. The front desk was charging her $60 per visit (unknown to me) for a "private swim lesson" that she was not getting. She should have been only paying $10 for my day pass. This went on for over a year & I recently realized by asking for a print out of her payments that she had been overcharged by $450!! I brought this up to the head front desk staff member, Dorthea. She asked me not to tell the woman! Then when I asked about it again they said they wouldn't speak with me about it as it was private info. When my elderly friend asked they said, we cannot talk to you about it, only Amy! They then said they would give her a refund of $70 something dollars, & said that is all she overpaid! This is a lie. THEN I was told I am banned from the building with no explanation! I said, "I can't even swim laps on a day pass alone." No. You cannot at this time. -Craig (Aquatics Director) Why? No explanation. Director, Brian wont answer the phone, only will text & says if I ever want to come swim or use the facility to call him and he will decide then if I am allowed!!

I was told that I could rent some small pool space during certain hours for $10/hour. The pool and the amazing daycare teachers are the only reason I go. Otherwise- the place is pretty dingy. I wish they would charge folks a little more and get new ceiling tiles, a plumber who knows how to fix the hot water issues, & a tech person to adjust the wifi. You get what you pay for.
