Always clean, lots of machines, 30 minute workout area, free weights, nice area for black card members. Mini orientation classes for those who are new or who like guidance. Music is all pop, but usually not too loud.... more

Place is falling a part ,stuff is good courteous. Since I have been training at Focus Fitness I have increase my lean muscle, reduced my body fat, and increased my over strength. I find the sessions effective and affordable.... more
