All of the teachers here are great! They teach in a way that makes yoga easy and understandable for anyone. The pace of the classes, the breakdown of the poses...it is very helpful especially for beginners!!.... more
I have been a student of Naama's for at least 5 years. I am not young and have the usual arthritis and stiffness issues of the older student. Naama is a wonderful teacher. She pays attention to each student's needs and always gives alternatives.... more
