My wife has been going here for a while. I joined her one day as it was my day off, and i cant wait to go back!! Best group exercise classes around!!

Love the workouts and the energy here. Tough to find the location the first time I went. Parking lot needs love. Entry into classes is a bit chaotic. But once you find it and wade through the crowd between the switch of classes, you've got a gem when it comes to sweat potential.
