I really enjoyed this yoga studio. I enjoy practicing flow and hatha yoga and I attended the 10:30 Sunday morning class . The room on the third floor was beautiful and it really was a class open for all ages and the instructor added options for challenging students but without pressure.... more
Love the place it has everything you need get in ahape. Nice facilities. Lockers have wood laminate, which looks expensive on surface. There's a laps pool, and full indoor basketball court.... more
