one of my favorite studios in the area, the instructors are awesome..Word of wisdom: Never underestimate taking a class at Pilate Plus!!! It's definitely not your average Pilates studio, after all it's "Lagree", In my own words, Lagree means "hardcore/challenging/I can barely do it" :) I love Pilate Plus and it's honestly one of the most challenging core workout I have ever done! I really get sore pretty much after each class and feel like I REALLY had a workout! I have tried other Pilates studios and was NEVER this challenged physically! Some instructors are harder than others and some are more attentive than others too.... more

I came to Pilates Plus when I was in fairly good body and mind condition. I got an Incredible Work Out. Sweating, using muscles, arms, legs, etc. When I left, I was drenched from the workout BUT I felt Magnificent! That was several years ago and I would love to get back into the shape I was then or better.... more

Attended my 1st class. The instructor Jamie was unprofessional. She pulled me by my ponytail I had my hair several times to move my head! She even commented on how " she man handled me" at the end of class! She was very forceful, definitely not supportive or helpful when I was trying to learn and experience a pilates class.... more
