I began Pilates lessons with Vicki at Sellwood Pilates in April, 2014, at the age of 69, in an attempt to become more flexible and more toned. My experience learning the exercises that Vicki teaches on the reformer and other machines that Joseph Pilates invented have helped me to become more flexible, drop 10 pounds, and maintain my height of 5'-2". I have gone from a pudgy size 10 to a comfortable size 8, and I have more energy and stamina than I did 10 years ago. My core strength and balance are vastly improved. I only wish I had started this marvelous program sooner! Vicki is THE MOST inspiring and knowledgable fitness trainer I have ever worked with.
