Usually not too busy. They do a good job of keeping the place clean. The equipment is usually fixed quickly and it's pretty rare that you need to wait for a machine. I found 3-46 Grit CrossFit back in 2014 as my introduction to CrossFit.... more

We just recently joined - but so far we LOVE it! This was the ONLY gym close to us that had anything fun for our almost 8yr old to do. During family gym hours we can play racquetball, basketball, use the pool, etc.... more

Best gym ever. Cody is my trainer. he pushes my limits every time and he teaches me a lot of method that helped with gaining muscle and strength. He can also help you with working on an injury by giving you exercises and movement that will help like for my knee.... more
