I like PF for all the friendly staff people I have meet.
They have great ,mostly new equipment and trainers to help you use them correctly.
Right now they are going through a major remod and refit. It will really be great when they are done.
This is a great place to get in your workout, then get on with your day feeling good about the start of the day and it's is really inexpensive.
Please replace the drinking fountain.

Very nice gym. Love the layout and atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I'd say the cons are no steam room or pool/hot tub. Overall a decent gym and would recommend it to others. Cant beat the prices.

My ONLY issue is that sometimes it takes a long time to check in. If the front desk person is helping someone a line forms waiting to scan cards. There should be an easier way...
Other than that I like this gym. I don't think it can be beaten for the price.

I work the a graveyard shift 1030p - 6 am
so being a member of this gym is fits perfectly in to my schedule
Also the evening staff is great

The staff is very kind and considerate. The interior is very spacious. There doesn't seem to be any lines for the equipment. It's very reassuring that you can see your car in the lot, with as many break-ins that we get here.

Sept 2017 - Only one properly working hydromassage bed over the last 2 months. Makes it difficult to find a free time to use it. Other equipment seems fine and repaired in quick fashion.
Nov 2017 - There were a set of 3 lockers that were taken up for nearly the entire month before finally being cleared.
Rather difficult to make use of the black card perks after 11pm. I've waited multiple times for an employee to show up at the desk for over 15 minutes with no sight of them in the entire building.
August 2018 - Still seems to only have 1 properly working hydromassage bed. Very glad the 122nd location has new equipment.

I give it a five star because it's amazing and there are lockers bathrooms of course and showers water bottle fill ups and they have Wi-Fi the tv is amazing that's why I give it five stars

I recommend it but don't come when I'm there lol.

What is not to like about getting fit? The business of getting your ass up off the couch and going to work out is about the only thing that is not desirable about working out. I have $20 and some change deducted from my bank account every month to pay my fees at Planet Fitness. And I can go to any Planet Fitness in the country as many times as I'd like. For $20 and some change I have unlimited access to tanning. Which is cheaper than going to one of those tanning salons. So if all you want to do is tan, it would be cheaper to buy yourself a Planet Fitness membership then to go to any tanning salon. They also have massage chairs here but you know they're not all that great. I'm not saying that they're bad but they're not the best. And then they have a hydro massage bed. HydroMassage bed is a little bit too hot for me. And oh yes. They have lots of work out equipment. And they're open 24 hours most days. They usually close on Christmas and New Year's Fourth of July xcetera. But they usually open really early the next day.

Extremely dirty and outdated. Make sure you read the fine print because their pricing advertisement is false. Planet Fitness should better educate their employees on how their "programs" work. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and the cleanliness of this location.

The best gym around hands down , free personal trainer, tanning bed unlimited massage chair and hydro massage chairs and beds depending on the gym Vancouver has hydro loungers on Mill plain, and the total body enchancement room is phenomenal, black card membership is 22.06 a month and 1 year commitment. Yeah

Guess I'm use to the brand new gym where I live. It seemed a little out dated in the locker room. Even though I came from a different state they were very friendly and help full staff. If I ever head back down to Oregon I will stop in.

Tired of talking to rude people that work here! I went in to tan today and a guy working there told me bed #5. Since I know that there's about 8 to 9 bulbs going out in this bed, I asked for a different bed. He proceeds to rudely tell me no, that that's the bed I get because that's the one he picked for me! I clearly see that there's another room open, but I guess this guy just likes being a control freak! Every time I walk into this gym I feel so unwelcomed! You shouldn't be in customer service if you don't know how to treat your customers!

It's okay, should have more equipment for work out... notice staff isnt checking on anyone like MUV, MUV always have staff around checking on everyone make sure everyone is good and have conversations its nice that why I like MUV.

The staff is great, just as friendly as any other location. No lock-less lockers, nor is there any shelving in the showers (weird). The layout is a bit weird, loooong and thin, and you walk by everyone. Feels a bit like you are on display. Also, some of the machines are showing their age, some shudder as you work, and I don't know if it was dirt build up or what, but some black goo stuff was poking out from under the handles of the machines.
Over all, a good place to get a great work out, I'm just glad I go really early and not during busy hours.

The services available here are awesome. My home girl has the premium membership allowing her to be able to fully utilize the gyms many wayyy cool attributes such as the fact I am always allowed with her to go since I'd be her plus one guest on her account. She's also allowed to frequently use their new and very nice standing tanning beds and can also use their very luxurious massage beds that instead of using ball like parts inside the machine to massage your back this one is way cool and uses like water jets like how cool is that. They also offer very nice and clean locker rooms with more then enough room for many lockers to be utilized as well as great working showers that are nicer than some I've seen before at some people's houses. So it's worth getting a membership at that's for sure, or at least getting the opportunity to be the lucky plus one guest like me ;)

The gym was very nice and very clean. All of equipment seemed to be well maintained and new, nothing seemed outdated. It's too bad that their establishment doesn't off any classes or a pool, other then that it's perfect!

I signed up for 2 memberships and was told monthly pay will charged to my account starting February 17th, and was witnessed by my sister. Well my account was charged and went back in, in person spoke with this so called manager, with a my sister and he said and admitted it was his fault. Several days have passed and my account is WAY over drawn. And I have NEVER been OVER DRAWN, EVER!!!! WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS! I THINKING to go and buy more equipment to ad to what I already got.
I'm going in one more time and if this is not taken care of and I have no proof of this reversal I am going to my my bank just a few blocks down the street AND I'M FILING FRAUDULENT CHARGES! MY BANK has been on notice of this issue.

I'd like it if this gym had a few more amenities but for $10 a month it has everything you really need to have a good workout. Will you possibly run into someone who is obviously high off their ass and talking to themselves as they run from station to station? Sure. It's Rockwood, that's just local color! The staff while not particularly well-informed are friendly and courteous and the equipment is clean and mostly well-maintained (except for the torso rotation machine, oil that sucker more!!). All in all it has what you need to have a productive workout and it doesn't encourage a meat-market type atmosphere. Mostly just people trying to squeeze a workout into their busy weeks. Utilatarian and functional without frills.

The staff is incompetent, rude and need better training. An employee there gave me wrong information which caused me to pay the annual fee even AFTER I had already cancelled my membership! I have emailed and call so many times and no one is able to resolve the issue. The manager is never available, they gave me the number to "corporate" no one ever answers. Very unprofessional from their part. Now I am $$$ short and there's nothing I can do about it. Please train your employees better and refund me my money!.

Made me pay a $58 dollar buy out fee. I'm pretty sure I signed up during one of their promotions, and wasn't supposed to be locked into a contract.

I've gone off and on for about 4 years to Planet Fitness. Over the years the staff frequently changes. The machines are in constant repair or needing repair. It's cheep so I guess if your just looking for a gym and don't want to spend alot. This place is fine. But if you have the money and want an Overall Better Experience. I'd suggest LA fitness or 24 HR Fitness. But if your trying to save a buck and don't care then go with Planet. If your looking for a gym with a wide range of weights. This also isn't the place for you. I wanna say they dumbbells only go to like 50lbs but I could be wrong on that. Anyways... it's not the gym for me. But it just depends on your standards and what your looking for.

I have always been nervous going to tge gym, but all the employees and the people who use this gym are all very helpful. I love the variety of equipment and the app is fun to use to track workouts. I can link it to my fit bit.

The staff are either not trained well or not friendly, but they all share one thing in common, a very poor work ethic. I have come here for years due to the convenience and have NEVER seen any worker wipe down a machine. The tanning beds are usually a bit crusty but it's whatever. As long as you make sure to wipe your equipment before and after, we can make sure to keep the place clean because they won't. If you don't believe me, peek in the corner of a tanning room or look at the screen on a treadmill. Crusty AF. Other than that, price is great!!

Workers don't seem to stay and new workers are either poorly trained and/or not motivated to do a good job. Also, many people don't wipe down equipment after using it. And new hires are more interested in sounding off the lunk alarm than doing there work. It's been a while since I have gone.
