UPDATE YOUR MACHINES! Reminds me of a rusty garage gym, which wouldn't be such a big deal if their prices weren't so high. They have every machine you would need. Never used the sauna but the fact that they have one is a plus.... more
Great place to work out. Instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Wide variety of classes. I enjoy going to the senior classes. Always get a good workout. Staff is friendly and accommodating.... more

Buffy is amazing. I loved the 5am and 6am classes that were coached by a trainer who is no longer there. I showed up one morning for class and the owner was there to tell us they had a falling out.... more

I absolutely love the staff they are so helpful and nice!. One time I got a spray tan, left for Vegas for 5 days . Through the swimming, sweating and hospital visit for alcohol poisoning, my tan stayed strong.... more
